知識管理系統之使用因素及對員工工作績效影響之分析

摘要

任務－科技適配模式和資訊系統成功模式是MIS文獻中兩個重要的模式，這兩個模式解釋了資訊科技的使用與使用者績效之關係，任務－科技適配模式主要強調使用者的任務需求和資訊科技特性的適配性，而資訊系統成功模式則強調資訊品質、系統品質及服務品質對使用者績效的影響。
本研究總共發放200 份問卷給D公司的使用者，回收177 份有效問卷。此整合模式比各別單一模式提供更強的解釋力。研究結果顯示科技特性會對於任務/科技適配度有正向的影響，而任務/科技適配度會正向影響使用者使用知識管理系統之意願，且使用意願會正向的影響個人的工作績效。

The Task-Technology Fit (TTF) and the Information Systems Success Model (IS Success Model) are both significant models in the MIS research. These two models provide a theoretical basis for exploring the factors that explain information systems utilization and its link with user performance.
In this study, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the users in D company and 177 usable responses are collected. The integrated model provides more explanatory power than either model alone. The results showed that technology properties will positively influenced TTF, TTF will positively influenced the user intensions to use knowledge management systems, and the users’ intention will positively influenced the users performance.
