The Task-Technology Fit (TTF) and the Information Systems Success Model (IS Success Model) are both significant models in the MIS research. These two models provide a theoretical basis for exploring the factors that explain information systems utilization and its link with user performance. In this study, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the users in D company and 177 usable responses are collected. The integrated model provides more explanatory power than either model alone. The results showed that technology properties will positively influenced TTF, TTF will positively influenced the user intensions to use knowledge management systems, and the users’ intention will positively influenced the users performance.
