拜科技進步所賜,電子商務也日趨蓬勃,網路購物逐漸成為消費者主要的消費管道,促使其進步的原因除了可以減少消費者的時間及空間成本,亦便利於使消費者進行多方比價。電子商務的發展同時存在著網路犯罪的風險,網路詐騙案件層出不窮所以降低了使用者對於線上購物之信任程度,為改善此問題並降低交易上的風險而發展出第三方支付付款機制,概念為代收轉付。因此本研究將針對第三方支付之形成的重要因素進行研究,探討使用者對於第三方支付之信任程度以及對於風險的感知程度是否可以影響到使用者對於該支付方式的使用態度。 本研究針對曾經使用過網路購物之使用者進行調查,其對於第三方支付之信任程度、知覺風險以及使用態度進行調查,結果發現能力及正直感受程度會正向的影響使用者的信任度;安全及隱私會對知覺風險造成負向的影響,知覺風險會干擾信任對於使用態度之影響。因此若提升使用者對於該支付之信任程度以及降低其知覺風險程度,則可提升第三方支付使用者的使用態度。
Recent Advancements in Information Technology brings E-commerce booming. Online shopping has become on of the mainstream. The reason why e-commerce grow so fast is because of online shopping do save time. Customers can find the best price easier than physical store. The risk of the online shopping is higher than shopping in physical store and emerge of phishing, eventually online shopping loss the trust of customer. Therefore, the third-party payment has been developed to solve these problems. The research is to find out if the trust and the perception risk of third-party payment can influence the customer’s attitude. The study found that for users’ trust, ability and integrity has obviously positive influence.For users’ perception risk, perceived safety and the perceived privacy empowerment has obviously negative influence. Therefore, if the the sellers can improve customers’ trust and decrease the customers’ perception risk feeling, the sttitue of the customers is expected to increase.
