台灣網路資訊中心(TWNIC)公布2015年「台灣寬頻網路使用調查」結果顯示使用網路的人數已達1,757萬人, 20至29歲的青年人族群,使用網路的比率達到了100%,為台灣使用網路的主要大宗族群。 而第三方支付,為潮流推動下的產物,台灣政府為因應電子商務快速發展的需求,2015年5月通過《電子支付機構管理條例》允許網路上的買賣家可以使用第三方支付的方式,來進行交易。縱使第三方支付的業務備受期待,而關鍵的成功因素在於建立值得信賴的資訊安全管理機制,業者要如何建立資料外洩的預防機制,與當資料外洩事件發生時的回應及危機處理標準程序,是建立客戶與使用者信任的基石。 本研究主要目的為探討影響使用者考慮使用第三方支付的因素,其資料主要使用問卷來蒐集。研究結果將會供第三方支付業者進行策略制定時有其參考依據。本研究結果如下: 1.「資安風險的監控」、「預期績效」、「預期付出」與「社群影響」對「行為意 向」具有顯著的正向關係。 2.「保護措施的執行」對「行為意向」並無顯著影響。
Taiwan network information center (TWNIC) released in 2015 "Taiwan broadband Internet use survey" shows the number of Internet users has reached 17.57 million people, 20-29 young people of ethnic groups, rates of having used Internet at 100%, which is the main bulk of the network group. The third-party payments, trend driven by product of the Taiwan Government's needs in light of the rapid development of electronic commerce in May 2015, the passage of the paying agency regulations allowing trading on the network may use third-party payment methods, for the transaction. Even if the third-party payment service's highly anticipated, and the key success factors in establishing trusted information security management system, how to set up a data leak prevention mechanisms, and data leakage incident response and crisis management standards program, is the cornerstone of building customer trust with users. This study aims to investigate factors that influence users to consider using the third-party payment, its main questionnaires used to collect data. Study results will be available to third-party payment industry by reference for policy formulation. The results of this study are as follows: 1. "Information risk monitoring", "Expected performance", "Effort expectancy" and "Social influence" to "Behavior intention" has a significant relationship. 2. " Implementation of protective measures" to "behavioral intention" did not have a significant effect
