本研究的重點在進行鋁合金6061-T6之同質扣件及鋁合金5052/熱塑性碳纖強化複材(簡稱碳纖複材)之異質扣件的製程開發,內容包括機台選用、材料選擇、沖頭及底模設計、壓制環及鎖固環設計、碳纖複材預熱技術開發、機台校正技術開發。研究工作的第一步,從鋁合金6061-T6同質扣件著手,透過扣件結構的分析,探討沖頭直徑及下模具深度的影響;接著,從扣件結構及強度的角度,探討下壓力及模具形式的影響;最後,探討壓制環及鎖固環對扣件效應,並取得合適的沖頭設計、底模設計、製程參數組合。第二步,從鋁合金6061-T6/碳纖複材異質扣件進行初試,結果顯示鋁合金6061-T6的延韌性不足,改以鋁合金5052進行取代。後續分析則參考鋁合金6061-T6同質扣件的成果及研究流程,依續進行各參數的分析。最後,從扣件結構及拉伸強度的角度,取得適合鋁合金5052/碳纖複材異質扣件的沖頭及底模設計、製程參數組合,確認兩種擠壓扣接製程的可行性。 關鍵字:擠壓扣件,碳纖強化熱塑性樹脂,複合材料,鋁合金
This study focused on the process development for AA6061-T6 similar clinch joints and AA5052/CFRP (thermoplastic carbon fiber reinforced polymer) dissimilar clinch joints, including machine selection, material selection, punch and the die design, holding ring and O-ring design, CFRP preheating process development, machine calibration process development. In the research work, the first step was to develop the AA6061-T6 similar clinching process, such as the effects of the punch diameter and die depth on the structure of clinch joints, the effects of the punching pressure and die design on the structure and strength of clinch joints, and the effects of the holding ring and O-ring on the structure and strength of clinch joints. Based on the above results, a suitable design for the punch and die with appropriate processing parameters was obtained. The second step originally was to develop the AA6061-T6/CFRP dissimilar clinching process. However, the results showed that the ductility of AA6061-T6 was too low to be used in this process. Therefore, AA5052 with better ductility was taken into considered here. According to the process development for AA6061-T6 similar clinch joints, the study for the effects of each parameter in the AA5052/CFRP dissimilar clinching process was conducted in the same procedure. Finally, from the perspective of the structure and strength of clinch joints, a suitable design for the punch and die with appropriate processing parameters was obtained for AA5052/CFRP dissimilar clinch joints.
