私立幼兒園經營管理策略之研究

政府與民間和幼教經營團體共同關注下，「幼托整合」議題已成定局形成政策，從發展趨勢看亦已勢在必行。本研究旨在了解臺灣私立幼兒園面臨幼托整合後政策與制度改革，社會人口少子化，「幼兒教育與照顧法」實行，對私立幼兒園經營的衝擊與因應之道，以私立幼兒園家長為對象，透過問卷調查方式，評估因素、發展趨勢，導正經營迷思，堅守設立理念與教育初衷；掌握政策趨勢，善用國家資源，營造優勢競爭力；再者真實面對影響，坦然接受挑戰，調整因應策略或有一線之望，也未可知。
