溫泉旅館經營模式,滿意度與重遊意願之研究-以臺灣地區溫泉旅館為例

摘要


本研究主要探討溫泉區遊客在體驗旅館設施,對於旅館經營模式的差異,是否會直接影響消費者再度光臨或向友人推薦,並進一步瞭解消費者的需求面,給予旅館業者在服務品質及硬體設施上的修正。 研究以台灣本島北中南東四地理區,溫泉旅館之業者及消費者為調查對象。首先對溫泉旅館相關業者進行調查和簡略訪談;再依體驗過之消費者社會經濟背景等製作問卷,發放預試,並適當修改問項與設計內容、再進行正式問卷調查,共計231份有效問卷。 問項內容分為三大部份,以『經營模式』、『滿意度』與『重遊意願』為三大主軸,該問卷量表包含「自然地理環境」、「服務與管理方面」、「自然資源」、「設施的滿意程度」、「員工服務」、「餐飲環境」、「遊憩活動」、「休閒遊憩屬性」等幾個層面。接續利用描述性分析、推論性分析(T檢定、因素分析、項目分析),等統計方法作進一步分析驗證研究假設。 研究結果顯示:消費者社經背景與遊憩屬性,溫泉旅館對消費者的吸引力與滿意度有顯著正相關;其次為對溫泉館設施與服務的滿意度,會影響消費者再度光臨與向親友推薦的意願。本研究所得結果,將可以提供溫泉業者及後續研究之參考。

This study mainly investigates that the tourist who has experienced the hotel accommodation and management in hot spring area will be affected directly by the elements above and further to revisit and recommend the hotels to their friends or not. Further know consumers' needs, and know how they agree with service quality and the hardware facility of hotels. The study takes north, south, central and east four areas in Taiwan as the study range. Hot spring hotel industries and consumers are interviewees. First, the investigation and brief interview are carried on, and then design a questionnaire according to the interviewees’ socio-economic situations. Then apply the questionnaire as a pre-questionnaire to modify items. After modifying items, the formal questionnaire, total 231, are released. There are three major parts in the questionnaire, including " management model", “satisfaction levels" and "wills for revisiting". Besides, the questionnaire includes the "environment", "service and management ", "nature resource", "facility satisfaction", "staff serves", " dining environment", "amusement and rest activity", "leisure amusement and rest attribute". The statistic tools used in the study are description analysis and the deduction analysis (t-test, factor analysis, project analysis). The findings show that consumers’ SES and amusement and rest characteristics to hotels’ attraction to consumers and satisfaction have significant. Next, the satisfaction of hot spring hotel facility and service will affect consumers’ revisiting and recommending to their relatives and friends. The result of the study can offer hot spring industry and future studies as reference.
