資源運用類型與農地資源限制影響動態能力與經營能力之研究—以休閒農業區為例
A Study on the Types of Resource Application and the Limitation of Farm Resource which Influence Dynamic Capabilities and Business Abilities–The case of Leisure Agriculture Area
摘要
本研究旨在探討休閒農業區經營者運用資源類型與農地資源限制在動態能力與經營能力上之影響概況，以單因子變異數分析休閒農業區經營者之場性特徵對各變項之認同度，及以結構方程模式瞭解休閒農業區經營者資源運用類型與農地資源限制影響動態能力與經營能力之適合度。 研究結果顯示，休閒農業區經營者不同的經營項目對於經營者在農地資源限制、經營能力、競爭優勢及動態能力上有不同的滿意程度；休閒農業區經營者在不同的所在地區對於經營者在動態能力上有不同的滿意程度。再者，以休閒農業區經營者運用資源運用類型、農地資源限制、競爭優勢、動態能力與經營能力，建構出休閒農業區經營者運用資源類型與農地資源限制在動態能力與經營能力之模式，經實證分析驗證此模式配適度整體良好。表示動態能力是可以配合及解釋休閒農業區經營者之資源運用狀況與經營能力。最後，本研究並進一步提出管理實務與學術研究意涵，並提出具體建議供休閒農業區經營者在營運時參考。

The purpose of this study is to understands the types of resource application and the limitation of farm abilities of proprietor in Leisure Agriculture Area. It uses one-way ANOVA to analyses the basic data identification degree for the Leisure Agriculture Area proprietor, and use structural equation modeling（SEM） to understand about the goodness-of-fit of the types of resource application and the limitation of farm resource which influence dynamic capabilities and business abilities in Leisure Agriculture Area proprietor. The research conclusions show that the dynamic capabilities could be applied to the types of resource, the limitation of farm resource and competitive superiority to promote business abilities. In identification level of Leisure Agriculture Area proprietor basic data, the proprietor has different business items of the limitation of farm resource, business abilities, competitive superiority and dynamic capabilities. The different satisfying degrees of Leisure Agriculture Area proprietor on the different region cased by the dynamic capabilities of proprietor. Further, the model of resource put to use dynamic capabilities construct from the types of resource application, the limitation of farm resource, competitive superiority, dynamic capabilities and business abilities. The well goodness-of-fit of the model is verified, and the conclusions show that many indexes have remarkable levels. The conclusion indicates dynamic capabilities could be used to cooperate and explain the condition of resource application and business abilities. Besides, the research conclusions show that the direct and indirect effective results exist in the competitive superiority, dynamic capabilities and business abilities. It could also be used to tell the effect degree from each other between the resource coordinate dynamic capabilities of Leisure Agriculture Area proprietor. Finally, based on the research findings, the solid recommendations were made to operate of Leisure Agriculture Area proprietor, and the possible managerial and academic implications were proposed.
