台灣機車廢氣排放環保法規隨著環保法規更新而不斷提高標準,最新的五期環法規標準已經是全球最嚴格的標準。國內機車廢排氣控制技術也隨著一至五期環保法規的更新而發展出更新的技術。 本文運用專利分析,檢視台灣機車產業廢排氣控制技術於引擎本體上的發展。以引擎本體零組件與衍生技術為關鍵詞,使用中華民國專利公報檢索系統為檢索軟體與資料庫,針對1988年至2008年間公告的專利進行專利檢索。 最終篩選出471項廢排氣控制技術與零件專利,其中整車廠佔有122項,獨立發明人為224項,零組件商則為125項。並將篩選的專利資訊以EXCEL與APIPA軟體將數據製為圖表與技術功效矩陣圖,依研究結果與機車產業業界專家訪談。 根據研究結果發現目前國內引擎廢氣排放控制主要發展的技術為藉由進氣量調整控制燃燒狀況,但隨著化油器引擎被淘汰,新的噴射引擎對於點火修正與供油量調整的方式不同,而此部份目前的主要技術台灣由於技術發展較晚,目前的專利申請多為配置方式的改變,對於程式撰寫與供油修正的技術發展較少。
This study uses patent analysis to investigate the development of motorcycle emission control technologies of Taiwan’s motorcycle industry in the past two decades. Taiwan Patent Search is used to search patents which had been bulletined during 1988 to 2008. The names of engine parts and technologies are the key words for patent search. The patent information is transformed into various technology effect analysis matrices. Interviews of three experts in the motorcycle industry are conducted to analyze the meaning of the search results from pratical viewpoints. The study showed that higher standards led Taiwan’s motorcycle industry to speed up the development of air pollutant emission control technologies, especially in correcting air fuel ratio. The injection engine needs ECU to control A/F, Taiwan’s motorcycle industry has only few patents about how to program ECU. The ability to designing ECU and ignition system will be the key of future development.
