摘 要 學號:N9565018 論文名稱:市場特質、夥伴特質、夥伴管理能力對夥伴關係及組織績效影響之研究 總頁數:162 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:高階經營管理碩士在職專班 畢業時間及摘要別:96 學年度第2學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:張榆仁 指導教授:沈慶龍 博士 論文摘要內容: 企業組織經營的最終目的,就是為了追求獲利,而組織獲利的最根本就是績效要好,如何提高組織績效,是所有企業一直在關心、探討的重要課題,從組織內部的管理開始,到外部的聯盟夥伴關係,都是關鍵因素。近年來各個企業為了擴大組織規模,而又不願增加太多投資,最多的選擇就是「策略聯盟」,選擇夥伴對於組織本身缺乏的專業部份產業,彌補組織不足的區塊,既有專精,又節省成本,只要企業做好適時的管理,維持夥伴間的良好關係,應是提高企業組織績效,最佳的一種方式。 本研究主要是針對台灣地區的電子產業,為主要探討對象,而以96年的台灣區電機電子工業同業公會名冊,以及96年台北世貿電子展廠商名錄,作為本研究調查對象,同時以配額抽樣方式為本研究之抽樣方法,所有問卷以電子郵件及信件共寄出500份問卷,回收249份有效問卷,回收率達49.8%。另外,本研究使用線性結構關係模式(LISREL )來進行實證並驗證本研究所提出之各項假設。整體而言,理論模式配置符合可接受的適合度檢定水準,表示本研究的理論模型可獲得支持,故這四個構念間確實存在著影響關係,本研究主要發現如下:1.市場特質對夥伴關係有顯著正向影響。2.夥伴特質對夥伴關係有顯著正向影響。3.夥伴管理能力對夥伴關係有顯著正向影響。4. 夥伴關係對組織績效有顯著正向影響。 關鍵字:市場特質、夥伴特質、夥伴管理能力、夥伴關係、組織績效

All enterprises concerned & studied such issue for how to enhance their performance, the key points are internal anagement and external partnership. Alliance accomplishes enterprises to expand their business without over investment. Moreover, alliance allows enterprises achieving specific core technologies beyond their industries without spending too much time & money. Under proper management, the well partnership should be a successful strategy to enhance enterprise performance. This study concentrated on Taiwan electronic industries, quota sampling from “ 2007 TEEMA Members Directory” & “ 2007 TAITRONICS Exhibitors Directory”, totally sent 500 questionnaires via e-mails or ordinary mails, with 249, or 49.8%, effective samples received.Following the LISREL, acceptable level of test result for goodness of fit was found, which supported the proposed theoretical model, the following four constructs were significantly supported; (1) Market characteristic is significant positive correlated with partnership. (2) Partner characteristic is significant positive correlated with partnership. (3) Partnership management competence is significant positive correlated with partnership. (4) Partnership is significant positive correlated with organization performance.
