本研究旨在驗證大專院校學生正向情緒、休閒處置與休閒參與之結構模式。係以國立屏東科技大學99學年度日間部學生為研究對象,於民國99年3月20日-4月20日以分層比例抽樣法實施問卷調查,共計回收有效問卷569份。資料經結構方程模式LISREL 8.80套裝軟體進行統計分析,研究結果顯示:正向情緒會直接正向影響其休閒處置能力(γ=0.22,t=4.09)與休閒參與(γ=0.18,t=3.16)之情形;且學生休閒處置能力也會直接正向影響休閒參與(β=0.11,t=1.98)。研究結果發現正向情緒會直接或間接的影響學生休閒參與情形,過去研究指出正向心理機制(心理康寧、自我效能)能夠有效地預測大學生其休閒處置之策略(Ma, 2008; Loucks-Atkinson & Mannell)。未來可針對不同樣本以考驗此模式之穩定性及適配度,或加入其他變項,以更瞭解休閒活動參與之情形。
The purpose of this study was to test a structural model of positive emotion, leisure negotiation, and leisure participation with a sample of college students in Taiwan. A method of cluster random sampling was applied to acquire the desired subjects in National PingTung University of Science and Technology dating from March 20th to April 20th , 2010. A total of 569 valid subjects were obtained. Lisrel 8.80 was used to test the structural model proposed in this study. Findings showed that (1) positive emotion has a direct positive effect on leisure negotiation(γ=0.22,t=4.09) as well as leisure participation(γ=0.18,t=3.16); (2) leisure negotiation has a direct positive effect on leisure participation(β=0.11,t=1.98). Findings in this study suggest that positive emotion has both direct and indirect influences on college students’ participation in leisure activities. The results is consistent with the previous research findings (Ma, 2008; Loucks-Atkinson & Mannell) stating that positive psychological functioning like psychological well-being and self-efficacy could effectively predict how college students activate their negotiation strategies. Future study on exploring the role positive psychological variables may play in the negotiation process seems to be applicable.
