以北蕉與南華蕉果實作為樟芝培養基質之複合碳源研究

摘要

樟芝（Antrodia cinnamomea）為台灣特有的藥用菇類，但由於樟芝生長緩慢且取之不易，因此近年來大多使用人工培養，本研究探討以不同品種香蕉果實作為樟芝培養基質之複合碳源，探討碳源改變對樟芝多醣體合成與脂肪酶活性之影響。試驗結果顯示，香蕉果實作為培養基碳源是可行的；北蕉未催熟碳源全取代有最佳之多醣體產量及脂肪酶活性，其多醣體為3.5770 gmL-1及脂肪酶活性5.613 UmL-1，可利用此特性將香蕉果實作為替代培養基碳源，替代傳統化學培養基，做為香蕉產銷失衡時之對應方案。

Antrodia cinnamomea is a kind of precious medicinal mushrooms in Taiwan, But due Antrodia cinnamomea very slow grownd, so in recent years, mostly using artificial cultivationto, this study explores the matrix of the composite carbon as Antrodia cinnamomea cultured with different varieties of banana fruits ources to explore the carbon source to change the effect of Antrodia cinnamomea polysaccharides synthesis and lipase activity. The results show that the banana fruit as a medium carbon source is feasible; North banana ripening is not carbon source to replace the whole polysaccharide production and lipase activity, polysaccharides 3.5770 gmL-1 and lipase activity of 5.613 UmL-1, this feature can be used banana fruit as an alternative medium carbon source, an alternative to traditional chemical medium, as the imbalance in banana production and marketing of the corresponding program.
