根據經濟部統計處之統計結果顯示,綜合商品零售業101年全年營業額達1兆280億元,年增5.0%,其中以便利商店年增8.8%最多,超級市場及百貨公司因展店效應,分別增加5.9%及3.6%。由此可知,近幾年來,便利商店、量販店、以及其它零售業者,如雨後春筍般設立門市,深入大街小巷,民眾的生活機能愈形便利,但各家廠商之間的競爭也愈形激烈,因此,採取附送贈品之促銷方式,隨之應運而生。但經常發生“消費者得不到自己想要的贈品,卻拿到自己不想要的贈品”的情況,除了心裡會產生不滿足感以外,這是資源的不均衡,同時也是資源的浪費。本研究針對社會大眾對集點與贈品交換的需求,並參考目前現有之網路交易平臺的功能,輔以配對和推薦系統的設計,架構一網路交換平臺,期許提供使用者一個簡單、舒適且便利的使用環境。
According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the statistics shows that in year 101, the total of general merchandise retail trade is 1.28 trillion NT dollars. It is a 5% annual rate increase compare to last year. For Convenience store the total sales has increase a total of 8.8% and make it become the top, second is Supermarket 5.9% and third is Department Store 3.6%. From this static, we can eerily image in the coming future, the convenience store, supermarket and mini-mark...etc, will growing repeatedly to our living life. It may be open one by one in front of our home, school, working place and even two different choices at the same time. This will easily change our shopping habit. Because of the shopping habit change and large quantity of choice to consumer, each different store will easily become competition to each other, to maintain the business and sales, the store will usually have some "Promotion" especially free give to track customer. This will come in to my main topic idea, "Customer usually will not get what they wish to have but getting something that they don't need it". In my research we are talking about the needs of sociality form the "Promotion" and to design a network platform to allow each different customer easily used, it can fulfill customer physically and psychology needs also decrease the resource wasting from the society.
