以氣相層析質譜儀分析沉香籽油及沉香精油成分比較

摘要


本研究分別對沉香籽油及沉香精油揮發性成分,進行分析。沉香籽採收後經乾燥、去殼及壓榨,發現最適乾燥溫度約40℃乾燥空氣,水分含量降至0-10 %,榨取沉香籽油收率最高,其含油量高達60 %,將沉香籽油皂化,非皂化區分,利用氣相層析質譜分析,發現沉香籽油中富含角鯊烯,含量347.5 mg/g,經過一年存放沉香籽,同法榨取所得角鯊烯,發現有氧化裂解成揮發性醛類成分之趨勢,顯示角鯊烯之高度不飽和雙鍵構造,極易被氧攻擊發生過氧化反應。另外,研究分析沉香精油揮發性成分,顯示,化學成分種類主要有揮發性芳香族(Aromatic)、倍半萜化合物(Sesquiterpene)、2-苯乙基色酮類(2-Phenylethylchromone)等。沉香籽油及沉香精油混合,可以當為化妝品添加物原料。

In this study, the agarwood seed oil and agarwood essential oil components were investigated. Agarwood seeds were harvested, dried, shelled and pressed to prepare by the agarwood seed oil. The optimum drying temperature was found to be about 40 °C hot air drying to reduce the moisture content to 0-10 % . The yield of extracting agarwood seed oil was found to be as high as 60%. Agarwood seed oil was saponified and the non-saponification fraction was subjected to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis. It was found that agarwood seed oil is rich in squalene, the content was estimated to be 347.5 mg/ 5g. Oxidative deterioration in the agarwood seed stored for one year. Significant amount of volatile aldehydes was detected indicating that the highly unsaturated double bond structure of squalene is highly susceptible to peroxidation by oxygen attack. In addition, the volatile components of agarwood essential oils were extracted and analyzed. Results showed that the chemical components of the agarwood essential oil samples mainly contain volatile aromatic sesquiterpene and 2-Phenylethylchromone. The mixture of agarwood seed oil and agarwood oil can be used as a raw material as soap additives and other cosmetic product application.
