摘要 學號:M10670020 論文名稱:兒童美語遊戲教學師資培訓課程之訓練成效評估 總頁數:76 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:技術及職業教育研究所 畢業時間及摘要別:107學年度第2學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:鄭淑霙 指導教授:廖婉鈞 博士 論文摘要: 本研究旨在探討兒童美語師資遊戲教學培訓課程的訓練成效,運用Kirkpatrick(1959)的訓練成效四層次理論,聚焦前三個層次的訓練評估架構探討,參訓美語教師之訓練滿意度、知識吸收程度與教學行為之間的關係來研究。研究對象為參加屏東縣市博幼基金會8週遊戲教學培訓課程之中籍美語教師,以問卷調查法為研究方法,總計發出90份問卷,回收份數為90份。研究結果顯示: 壹、不同性別之參訓美語教師在講師教學滿意度有達到顯著差異,女性 美語教師的滿意度高於男性美語教師。而知識吸收程度及教學行為 則沒有顯著差異。 貳、不同背景變項包含:年齡、教育程度及教學年資之參訓美語教師對 於講師教學滿意度、知識吸收程度及教學行為,均沒有顯著差異。 參、參訓美語教師的講師教學滿意度與知識吸收程度有顯著正向關係, 假設二成立。 肆、參訓美語教師的知識吸收程度對教學行為有顯著正向影響,假設三 成立 最後,根據研究結果發現,本研究提出結論與建議,以供兒童美語各大連鎖文教機構未來在辦理師資培訓課程訓練成效評估時的參考依據。 關鍵詞:兒童美語、遊戲教學、師資培訓課程、訓練成效評估

This study will focus on the training evaluation framework of the first three levels to understand the relationship among teacher training satisfaction, knowledge absorption, and teaching behavior change. In this study, the teachers who participated in the eight weeks training course of the BOYO Foundation in Ping-Tung area were the research subjects, and the questionnaire survey was used as the research method. Total of 90 out of 90 questionnaires were returned. The conclusions of this study are as follows. 1.Teachers of different genders showed significant impact to training satisfaction. To female English teachers, their course teaching satisfaction is significantly higher than the male. On the other hand, teachers of different genders showed no significant impact to the knowledge absorption and teaching behavior. 2. Different ages, education levels and teaching years teachers showed no significant impact to teacher training satisfaction, knowledge absorption, and teaching behavior. 3. The training satisfaction had significantly positive effects on knowledge absorption. 4. The knowledge absorption had significantly positive effects on teaching behavior. Finally, based on from the research results, this research will provide discussion and suggestion for Children Language School in the future teacher training course.
