應用模糊德懷術探討美容創意設計紙圖比賽評分之關鍵因素

就讀美容相關系科(組)之學生，可參加各型美容競賽得優勝名次或考取技術士證照，得以技優保送或技優甄審就讀技專校院，惟美容比賽或競賽之創意設計紙圖項目未能製定統一評分項目，故本研究之主要目的，應用模糊德懷術探討美容創意設計紙圖比賽評分之關鍵因素，藉以改善該項比賽之困擾。從2016年至2018年，蒐集美容創意設計紙圖比賽的資料，並彙整成評分關鍵因素，包括4項構面及24個因素，進而設計專家問卷。本研究對象以教學過創意紙圖或彩妝課程為主的老師及業師作為立意取樣的樣本，篩選出20位專家，並發放20位專家問卷(回收率100%)，進行資料分析，研究結論歸納如下： 1、靜態創意設計紙圖比賽評分涵蓋四項構面，為「創意設計」最高分；2、創意設計構面之因素涵蓋七項因素，以「主題創意」最高分；3、技能構面之因素涵蓋六個因素，以「彩繪技巧」最高分；4、整體美之效果之構面涵蓋三項因素，以「配色的美感」及「整體設計的美感」皆為最高分；5、規範構面之因素涵蓋八個因素，以「準時交件」最高分。最高分亦表示在創意設計紙圖配分佔非常重要因素。本研究中所得的資料，可為競賽主辦單位、選手或指導老師在未來美容創意設計紙圖競賽上提供明確配分方向。關鍵字：美容創意紙圖競賽、創意設計、模糊德懷術

Students who are enrolled in the Department of Beauty (groups) can participate in various types of beauty competitions to win a prestigious position or obtain a certificate of a technician, so that they can be given a technical excellence or a technical examination of a technical college, but The Beauty Creative Design Paper Drawing Competition, the paper drawing failed to develop a unified scoring project. The main purpose of this study is to apply Fuzzy Delphi technique to explore the key factors in the evaluation of The Beauty Creative Design Paper Drawing Competition score, in order to reduce perplex and improve the competition score. From 2016 to 2018, collect information on The Beauty Creative Design Paper Drawing Competition, and organize the key factors of the competition score, including 4 dimensions and 24 factors, and design the Fuzzy Delphi expert questionnaires. This study subject to teach creative paper drawings or teachers of makeup courses and professional experts as a purposive sample, the 20 experts were selected, and the 20 questionnaires were distributed (questionnaire recovery rate is 100%). The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The "Static Creative Design Paper Drawing Competition Score" includes four dimensions, the highest score for "Creative Design". 2.The "Creative Design Dimension" includes seven factors, the highest score for "Theme Creativity". 3.The "Skill Dimension" includes six factors, the highest score for "Painting Skills". 4.The "Effect of Overall Beauty Dimension" includes three factors, the highest score for "Color Aesthetic" and "Overall Design Aesthetic". 5.The "Normative Composition Dimension" includes eight factors, the highest score for "On-time submit". The highest score is a very important factor in the Beauty Creative Design Paper Drawing Competition. The information obtained in this study can be used as a competition organizer, contestant or instructor to provide clear direction of distribution on Beauty Creative Design Paper Drawing Competition in the future.
