課後照顧教師班級經營轉化領導指標之建構

摘要


本研究旨在建構課後照顧教師班級經營轉化領導指標,採取專家修 正意見諮詢與模糊德菲術之兩個研究法建構課後照顧機構之班級經營指 標,最後針對研究結果提出結論與建議。本研究首先統整國內外相關文 獻建構課後照顧教師班級經營轉化領導初步指標,其次透過六位專家修 正意見調查量表,進行指標修訂,接著編製「課後照顧教師班級經營轉 化領導指標建構之模糊德菲問卷」,選取三十位課後照顧教師機構主任 與教師進行模糊德菲問卷,確立「課後照顧教師班級經營轉化領導指 標」。 本研究經由專家修正意見調查與模糊德菲問卷兩階段的指標修正與 分析,完成指標建構,研究結論敘述如下: 壹、本研究所建構之「課後照顧教師班級經營轉化領導指標」分為五個 構面及二十八項細項指標。 一、建立願景層面建構四項細項指標。 二、魅力影響層面建構五項細項指標。 三、激勵鼓舞層面建構六項細項指標。 四、智識啟發層面建構六項細項指標。 五、個別關懷層面建構七項細項指標。 貳、本研究依據研究結果,提出建議事項,以供課後照顧機構主管對教 師班級經營的提昇運用之參考,與有意進行後續研究之研究者參考。

This research aimed to construct the after-school teachers' classroom management indicators of the transformational leadership, and it adopted expert device and fuzzy Delphi methods to construct the classroom management indicators of the after-school teachers. The research gained several forward conclusions and suggestions based on the research results finally. First, the research integrated relevant domestic and foreign literature to construct preliminary indicators for management transformation leadership of after-school teachers. Secondly, the researcher invited six experts to revise the opinion survey scale to revise the indicators, and then developed the "Fuzzy Delphi Questionnaire of After-school Teachers’ Transformation Leadership Indicators". The research selected 30 after-school teachers and directors to fill out the fuzzy Delphi questionnaires to establish the indicators. This research completed the indicator construction through the two-stage indicator revision and analysis by the expert revise and the fuzzy Delphi method. The research conclusions were described as follows: After-school Teacher’ Classroom Management Indicators of the Transformational Leadership constructed by this research were divided into five dimensions and 28 detailed indicators. 1. To establish four detailed indicators at the vision level. 2. To construct five detailed indicators at the level of charm influence. 3. To construct six detailed indicators at the level of motivation and encouragement. 4. To construct six detailed indicators at the level of intellectual enlightenment. 5. To construct seven detailed indicators at the individual care level. Based on the research results, this research provided forward suggestions for reference for the supervisors of after-school childcare centers to improve the practice of teachers' class management, and for researchers who intend to conduct follow-up research.
