摘要

本研究以任務科技適配模式為基礎，期望藉由分析電子公文系統導入國軍使軍職人員有不同的公文處理方式，評估其滿意度，以提供國防部以使用者的角度做之後的發展運作及改良參考。主要分析結果為(1)使用電子公文系統的主要使用者以20~29歲專科或大學學歷之男性士官居多，且職務多為參謀職；(2)在滿意度差異性方面，20~29歲滿意度高於40-49歲的使用者，士官滿意度高於軍官的使用者，碩士學歷的使用者滿意度高於其餘使用者，服役5~10年的使用者滿意度高於其餘使用者(3)電子公文系統導入國軍任務適配模式-「科技特性」及「任務特性」對「任務科技適配度」有顯著的正向影響，「任務科技適配度」對「使用意願」有顯著的正向影響；「任務科技適配度」、「使用意願」對「績效影響」之影響有顯著的正向影響，結果均支持本研究架構。

Based on the Task-Technology Fit model, this research is expected to analyze the Electronic Documents System, to provide reference for operation, evaluation and improvement of the system to related management unit in the future. The main results are as follows: (1) The users of Electronic Documents System are mainly 21 to 29 year-old male NCO with college education, and the duties are mostly staff; (2) In terms of satisfaction, 20 to 29 years old with higher satisfaction than users aged 40-49; Sergeants are more satisfied than officers; The user satisfaction of the master's degree is higher than the rest of the users ; 5 to 10 years of service user satisfaction is higher than the rest of users (3)The validation of the Electronic Documents System with Task-Technology Fit model - “Technology characteristics” and “Task characteristics” has a significant influence on “Task-Technology Fit”; “Task-Technology Fit” have a significant influence on “Utilization”; “Task-Technology Fit” and “Utilization” have a significant influence on “Performance Impacts”. All results support the architecture of the study.
