本次研究主要以任務-科技適配模式理論為基礎,冀望由此分析工作管制系統導入國軍作業系統,讓軍職人員能夠有不同的工作管制方式,從中瞭解系統的效能,進而評估其適用性,以使用者的角度進入系統之後的發展運作及改良參考,提供後續國防部參卓。內文分析結果為:(1)過去使用工作管制系統的主要軍職人員以男性30~39歲大學學歷且幕僚職(參謀職)人員居多;另服務地區為南部人員較多,每週使用工作管制系統1~3次,且已經接觸此系統1~2年;(2)在滿意度差異性方面,30~39歲評價高於20~29歲的使用者,職類為軍官人員評價高於士官的使用者,使用系統1~2年評價高於2~3年的使用者,每週使用工作管制系統1~3次高於其它的使用者;(3)任務適配模式導入工作管制系統後將發現-當「任務特性」及「科技特性」對「任務-科技適配度」將有顯著的正向影響趨勢,「任務-科技適配度」對「使用意願」將有顯著的正向影響;「任務-科技適配度」及「使用意願」對「單位績效」之影響將有顯著的正向影響,最後結果均支持本研究架構。
This research is mainly based on the theory of task-technology adaptation model. It is hoped that the analysis of the work control system will be introduced into the national military operation system, so that military personnel can have different work control methods, understand the effectiveness of the system, and then evaluate its applicability. It is a reference for the development and operation and improvement of the system after entering the system from the user’s point of view, providing follow-up participation by the Ministry of National Defense. The results of the analysis of the text are: (1) The main military personnel who used the work control system in the past were males with a college degree of 30 to 39 years old and most of them were staff (staff staff); the other service area was the southern part with a large number of personnel who used work every week. Control the system for 1 to 3 times, and have been in contact with the system for 1 to 2 years; (2) In terms of satisfaction differences, users aged 30 to 39 are rated higher than those of 20 to 29 years old, and the category is military officers. Non-commissioned officers, users who have used the system for 1 to 2 years and whose evaluation is higher than 2 to 3 years, use the work control system 1 to 3 times a week higher than other users; (3) The task adaptation mode is introduced into the work control system Later, it will be discovered-when the "task characteristics" and "technology characteristics" will have a significant positive influence on the "task technology adaptation", the "task technology adaptation" will have a significant positive influence on the "willingness to use" ; "Task technology adaptation" and "willingness to use" will have a significant positive impact on "unit performance", and the final results support the structure of this research.
