本研究旨在探究屏東縣國民中小學輔導教師情緒勞務與組織公民行為之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法收集資料,研究對象以屏東縣國民中小學輔導教師為主,有效問卷回收數為162份。經由描述性統計分析、信度分析、區別效度分析、相關分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析,研究結果如下: 一、屏東縣國中小學輔導教師對情緒勞務與組織公民行為,各具有中度及中高度知覺。 二、屏東縣國中小學輔導教師對情緒勞務會因性別、年齡、專業背景、任職類型、一週平均個案量等變項有顯著差異。 三、屏東縣國中小學輔導教師情緒勞務各構面與組織公民行為各構面間多為顯著正相關。 四、屏東縣國中小學輔導教師情緒勞務各構面對於組織公民行為各構面大多具有預測力。
This study was to investigate the relationship in Pingtung County elementary school and junior high school counseling teacher’s emotional labor and organizational citizenship behavior.This research study used questionnaire.The subjects were counseling teachers in elementary schools and junior high school in Pingtung county.The number of 162 valid questionnaires were collected.After data reclaim,the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis,discriminant validity analysis,correlation analysis,t test,one-way analysis of variance and multiple hierarchical regression analysis.Research results are as follows: 1.The elementary school and junior high school counseling teacher in Pingtung County have medium perception degree toward emotional labor,and have medium-high perception degree toward organizational citizenship behavior. 2.There is a significant difference among background variable perception toward emotional labor in gender,age,professional background, type of position,average number of cases per week for the elementary school and junior high school counseling teacher in Pingtung County. 3.Most of the elementary school and junior high school counseling teacher’s emotional labor’s elements and organizational citizenship behavior’s elements in Pingtung County have positive correlations. 4.Most of the elementary school and junior high school counseling teacher’s emotional labor’s elements,had great predictive power toward organizational citizenship behavior’s elements.
