本研究使用隨機抽樣蒐集方式，旨在探討屏東市國民運動中心之服務品質，研究目的包含：一、了解屏東市國民運動中心服務品質發展現況。二、了解不同背景之消費者對屏東市國民運動中心服務品質差異。三、評估影響屏東市民運動中心服務品質的關鍵影響因素。藉由IPA分析找出影響屏東市國民運動中心服務品質的關鍵因素，提供創造積極改善，永續經營的目標，能為屏東市國民運動中心建立全民健康運動中心。本研究結果與建議如下：一、屏東市國民運動中心發展現況以服務品質為主，然而服務主動性應要加強。二、研究察覺到消費者對於運動中心的運動課程，公共廁所清潔度滿意度較低，建議運動中心業者提升多角化的運動課程與加強公共廁所的清潔度。三、研究察覺到消費者較重視服務品質，建議屏東市國民運動中心可以增加主動服務來提升服務品質。

Abstract:
This study used a random sampling method to explore the service quality of Pingtung City National Sports Center. The research objectives included: 1. To understand the current status of service quality development in Pingtung City National Sports Center. 2. Understood the difference in service quality of consumers from different backgrounds to Pingtung National Sports Center. 3. Assess the key factors that affected the service quality of the National Sports Center in Pingtung City in the past. This study used IPA analysis to identify the key factors that affect the service quality of the Pingtung City National Sports Center, provided the goal of creating positive improvement and sustainable operation, and established a national health sports center for the Pingtung City National Sports Center. The results and recommendations of this study are as follows: 1. The development status of the National Sports Center in Pingtung City focuses on service quality, but service initiative should be strengthened. 2. The study found that consumers are less satisfied with the cleanliness of public toilets in the sports courses of sports centers. It is recommended that sports center operators improve diversified sports courses and enhance the cleanliness of public toilets. 3. The study found that consumers pay more attention to service quality, and suggested that Pingtung City National Sports Center can add active services to improve service quality.
