摘要 學號:N10870007 論文名稱:主管教練行為對員工工作投入和職場幸福感的影響:以雲朗觀光集團為例 總頁數:120 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:技術及職業教育研究 所 畢業時間及摘要別:109學年度第2學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:葉清楚 指導教授:廖婉鈞 博士 論文摘要: 本研究欲探討主管教練行為對員工工作投入與職場幸福感之關係,並探討不同背景變項之影響情形。研究採用問卷調查方式進行,以雲朗觀光集團在職員工為研究對象,研究問卷共發出160份,回收有效問卷160份,問卷回到率100%,研究結論歸納如下: 壹、不同性別在知覺主管教練行為「協助學習」之構面有顯著差異, 且女性的平均數比男性還高。 貳、不同年齡在知覺主管教練行為「協助學習」之構面有顯著差異, 以25-35歲較優。 參、主管教練行為之「支持肯定」構面對職場幸福感之「心理幸福感」 構面與「社會幸福感」構面呈現顯著正向關係。 肆、主管教練行為之「團隊建立」構面對工作投入有顯著正向關係, 亦對職場幸福感之「心理幸福感」、「社會幸福感」構面皆呈現 顯著正向關係。 伍、從多元迴歸分析結果顯示,主管教練行為之「團隊建立」構面對 員工工作投入有正向影響。 陸、從多元迴歸分析結果顯示,主管教練行為之「團隊建立」構面對 職場幸福感之心理幸福感有正向影響。 關鍵字:主管教練行為、工作投入、職場幸福感、餐旅業

Abstract Student ID: N10870007 Title of Thesis: A Study on the Influence of Supervisory Coaching Behaviors on Job Involvement and Workplace Well-being: Take LDC Hotels as an Example Total Pages: 120 Department/Graduate Institute: National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Graduate Institute of Technological and Vocational Education Date of Graduation: July 2021 Degree Conferred: Master Name of Student: Ching-Chu, Yeh Advisor: Dr. Wan-Chun, Liao Abstract: The current study aims to explore the relationship between supervisory coaching behaviors and job involvement as well as workplace well-being, and at the same time to probe the influence under different background variables. The study is conducted by using questionnaires, taking the employees of LDC Hotels as research subjects. A total of 160 questionnaires were sent out, and 160 valid questionnaires were returned; the questionnaire return rate was 100%. The research conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Different genders have significant differences in the "assisted learning" aspect of the perceptual supervisory coaching behaviors, and the average number of women is higher than that of men. 2. Different ages have significant differences in the "assisted learning" aspect of the perceptual supervisory coaching behaviors, with 46-65 years old being better. 3. The "support and affirmation" aspect of the supervisory coaching behaviors shows a significant positive relationship between the "mental well-being" aspect and the "social well-being" aspect of the workplace well-being. 4. The "team building" aspect of the supervisory coaching behaviors has a significant positive relationship with job involvement, and also has a significant positive relationship with the "mental well-being" and "social well-being" aspects of the workplace well-being. 5. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that the "team building" aspect of the supervisory coaching behaviors has a positive influence on employees' job involvement. 6. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that the "team building" aspect of the supervisory coaching behaviors has a positive influence on the mental well-being of the workplace well-being.
