以目標導向行為模式探討台灣大學生運動阻礙處置過程之研究

A Study of the Sports Constraints Process for Taiwanese College Students: A Perspective of the Model of Goal-Directed Behavior

摘要


本研究以目標導向行為模式為基礎,旨在驗證台灣大學生於運動行為決策過程的影響因子,並探討阻礙與處置策略對該行為意圖模式的影響情形。透過分層比例抽樣方式針對台灣大學生進行抽樣(N=615),並採用SPSS 18.0 for windows 與 SmartPLS 3.0 套裝統計軟體進行各項統計分析。研究結果發現態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制會直接影響其參與欲望,而欲望的強度水準也會影響個體行為意圖的形成,進而影響其參與行為。此外,研究發現阻礙與處置對於參與欲望分別呈現負向與正向的影響關係,阻礙會負向影響其參與欲望,處置阻礙能力的高低則是會正向影響參與欲望。有別於過去許多研究,阻礙與處置間在本文中呈現負向關係,根據本研究結果推論此路徑關係可能大部分來自於個人內在阻礙因素的影響效果。未來可針對不同樣本以考驗此模式之穩定性,以提供未來探討處置阻礙與決策行為歷程的相關議題參考,並提供一些在實際應用上可能的建議。

Based on the goal-directed behavior model, this study aimed to verify the factors that influence Taiwanese college students in the decision-making process of sports behavior, and to explore the influence of constraints and negotiations on the behavioral intention model. The stratified proportional sampling method was used to sample Taiwanese college students (N=615), and various statistical analyses were made with the SPSS 18.0 for windows and SmartPLS 3.0 package statistical software. The study results showed that their attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control directly affected their desire to participate, while the intensity of their desire also affected the formation of the individual's behavioral intention, as well as their participation behavior. In addition, this study found that constraints and negotiation had both a negative and positive influence on their desire to participate, that constraints negatively affected their desire to participate, and that the level of their ability to negotiate constraints positively affected their desire to participate. Unlike many previous studies, a negative relationship between constraints and negotiation was shown in this study. The results of this study infer that this path relationship may come mostly from the influence of intrapersonal constraints. In the future, different samples can be used to test the stability of this model, in order to provide a reference for future discussions on issues related to the process of negotiation constraints and decision-making behavior, and to offer some possible suggestions for practical application.
