本研究旨在尋求影響軟式印刷電路板企業經營的關鍵因素，以建構軟式印刷電路板企業經營關鍵成功因素的權重體系，首先藉由文獻回顧方式彙整出影響軟式印刷電路板企業經營因素之初步架構，再以當面訪談方式進行問卷調查及運用層級分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP)，確立影響軟式印刷電路板企業經營的關鍵因素。研究架構之四大構面，產品、人力資源、CSR企業社會責任及組織策略，皆與軟式印刷電路板企業經營有重要正相關，其下又各自包含三項重要的準則（因素），整體架構合計共 12 項準則（因素），接著運用適當的軟體工具，加以合併及分群計算與分析。
根據研究結果，管理人員專家針對四大構面之權重排名以「產品」最前，「CSR企業社會責任」排最末位；準則權重排名以「人才培育管理」居首，「勞工與道德政策」排最末位。技術人員專家針對四大構面之權重排名以「產品」最前，「CSR企業社會責任」排最末位；準則權重排名以「發展新客戶」居首，「勞工與道德政策」排最末位。構面與準則權重較重者，固然為專家們所認同，同時也是產業經營不可或缺、須格外重視並維持的項目或方向；然而權重較輕的項目，可再適當調整思考方向及觀念後，興許能成為企業界提升企業升級的關鍵因素。

The contents of abstract in this thesis：
The purpose of this study is to seek out the key factors that affect the operation of flexible printed circuit board enterprises, to To construct a weighting system for the key success factors of flexible printed circuit board business operations, first of all A preliminary framework of the factors affecting the operation of flexible printed circuit board enterprises is compiled by means of literature review structure, and then conduct a questionnaire survey in the form of face-to-face interviews and use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Hierarchy Process, AHP), establishes the factors that affect the operation of flexible printed circuit board enterprises The key factor.
