懸臂式立體量床已經被廣泛應用於製造業現場尺寸量測,在量測過程中,現場環境也會影響到量測尺寸的準確性。在船用螺旋槳工廠中,懸臂式立體量床用於螺旋槳量測,其量測範圍為葉片高低差、螺距、曲面、葉面局部高低差等等。如此量床框架穩定度則非常重要。本研究利用有限元素分析對懸臂式立體量床結構進行模態分析,得到模態頻率,而修正懸臂式立體量床結構有限元素模型。
Cantilever type three-dimensional measuring bed has been widely used in manufacturing field size measurement. During the measurement process, the site environment will also affect the accuracy of the measurement size. In the marine propeller factory, the cantilevered three-dimensional measuring bed is used for the measurement of the propeller. The stability of the frame of such a measuring bed is very important. In this study, finite element analysis was used to conduct modal analysis on the structure of the cantilevered three-dimensional measuring bed, and the modal frequency was obtained, and the finite element model of the cantilevered three-dimensional measuring bed structure was revised.
