本論文以臺中科技大學應用日語系為研究對象,針對其學部生之學習意識及商業日語相關課程之指導現狀進行調查分析。最終以同時符合學習者需求及教師期望之觀點對於教學方法提出建言。 筆者透過訪談調查結果發現對於學習者而言「導入貼近生活的內容」、「激發學習者思考」、「認真授課」為其理想課程的三大要素。另一方面,教師在指導上則遭遇到「大班教學中無法顧及所有學生」、「學習者對於學習並不熱衷」、「難以取得教學與研究之間的平衡點」之三大課題。 因此針對學習者需求及教師指導方式,本論文提出「掌握第一堂課」、「理解相互溝通的重要性」、「呈現出認真教學的面貌」、「體悟大學教師應扮演之角色」之四點建言,期望對於商業日語相關課程之教學有所貢獻。
The main purpose of this study was to find the ideal teaching methods of business Japanese-related courses, and to make suggestions which meet the needs of students and professors. By in-depth interviewing, this study found that the elements of an ideal course include “Using teaching contents which are close to life,” “Training students to think,” and “Diligent teaching.” On the other hand, this study also found that the problems of teaching include “Being difficult to help all learners in large class,” “Feeling lower levels of learner involvement,” and “Being difficult to take a balance of teaching and their own research.” Finally, this study found that four methods, which might help improve teaching business Japanese-related courses, are “Grasp the first class,” “Realize the importance of mutual communication,” “Be diligent in teaching,” and “Understand the character of a college professor.”
