在人口出生率偏低勞動力缺乏的時代,運用資訊科技與設備,降低人工作業的依賴,是企業提升競爭力的最佳方案;2018年製造業投資資訊科技(Information Technology,IT)金額6,541萬元,2019年調查發現高達74.7%企業持續轉型引進IT,IT的投資今年更是達到了10.5%成長率。企業投入大量資金購置資訊科技與設備,需要員工接受與配合才能發揮功效。本研究參考科技接受模式(Davis,1989)及延伸式科技接受模式(TAM2)(Venkatesh & Davis, 2000)建立研究架構,以主管支持度為調節變項,探討員工對資訊科技與設備接受度,了解員工對資訊科技與設備的認知及觀感,進一步探討影響員工對資訊科技與設備接受度之因素。 本研究問卷採用google電子表單製作,針對A公司內部員工進行發放,總共發出201份,回收201份,回收有效問卷178份,有效問卷回收率88.6%。採用SPSS 18統計軟體進行分析。本研究發現知覺易用性、知覺有用性會正向影響使用態度;使用態度會正向影響到員工對資訊科技與設備接受度;並且,主管支持度在知覺易用性、有用性與使用態度間之關係具有調節效果。
Due to low birth rate and labor force shortage, smart factory is the best solution for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. In 2018, the amount of smart factory was NTD65.41 million in Taiwan. However, smart factory still requires employee acceptance to facilitate effectively. This study targets on company A, which is engaging in smart factory production for more than 10 years, to understand how the employee perception affects their attitude towards smart factory, as well as to explore the effects of supervisor support on the relationship between employee perception and their acceptance in smart factory system. This study integrates the TAM (Davis, 1989) and the TAM2 (Venkatesh & Davis, 2000) models as research framework. 201 questionnaires were col-lected with a 88.6% response rate. The results show that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness positively relate to the attitude of use. Thereafter, use of attitude positively relate to the employee acceptance. Supervisor support has a moderator effect on the relationship between perceived useful-ness and use attitude.
