電器產業經營者對局勢情境的分析、因應與策略-以青年電器城有限公司為例

摘要


因為現代科技發展蓬勃的社會,加上網路的普遍已改變了人類的生活,相對也改變了消費者的習慣與行為。台灣電器產業在面對科技環境快速轉變下,經營者務必不斷的調整經營策略、結構、營業方針及人力配置。本研究以個案公司為例,透過個案研究的訪談研究方法,說明企業如何藉由經營環境的轉變、局勢的正確判斷與因應組織策略的發展,來達到永續經營的目的。研究結果如下: (1) 瞭解市場的消費者需求與購物行為,因應局勢情境快速轉變。(2) 因應局勢的變化,適時的調整經營方針,以提升企業的競爭力。(3) 為建立企業永續經營,需確認經營的定位與模式,財務結構的適時調整,顧客關係的用心經營,進而增加客源。

The habit and behavior of consumers have been changed because the life has been changed by internet popularity and modern technology flourishing. Taiwan electric appliance industry in the face of rapid changes in the technology environment, the operators must continue to adjust the business strategy, structure, business principles and human resource allocation.This research takes the case company as an example using the interview research method. This study explains how enterprises achieve the goal of sustainable operation by business environment transformation, correct situation judgment, and organization revolution. The result of the research as follows: (1) understand the consumer demand and shopping behavior in the market (2) in response to changes in the situation, timely adjustment of operating principles to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises (3) in order to establish a sustainable business, it is necessary to confirming the position and operation mode, timely adjusting the financial structure, taking care customer relationship then increase the business.
