摘要

本研究是探討一個國軍眷屬在臺灣的居住地方，是否要適度保存的文化資產；過去為了保留眷村而發起的活動已是不勝枚舉，但大多數眷村都是遭到拆除，只有一部分眷村保留最少面積，且後續一般再利用的手法也是使用快速進駐的咖啡廳、文創館或設置打卡熱點等方式去建構保留形式，而非真正可適性再利用。因此，再利用過後的眷村聚落空間，在聚落規劃、室內擺設或空間場景都需要回應舊眷村的情感背景，以因應使用者對空間氛圍的感受。本研究以「眷村再利用」為研究主題，著眼於彰化縣中興庄為個案進行研究調查，藉由實際的空間測繪與拍攝現狀等研究方法，對眷村居住空間再利用的設計規劃思維作為研究探討。本研究目的係針對彰化縣中興庄眷村進行可適性再利用規劃。

This study is to explore a national army's living place in Taiwan whether to be preserved cultural heritage moderately; In the past, there have been a lot of activities to preserve the military village, but most of the villages have been removed, only a portion of the military village preserves a minimum area, and then common reuse has been the use of fast-moving cafes, cultural and creative hall or set up the hottest check-in place and other ways to make a preservation type, rather than the real adaptability of reuse. Therefore, after the reuse of the military village, in the whole planning, Interior decoration or space scene need to respond to the old village emotional background, in response to the user's feelings about the space mood The study set the topic of " Military village reuse ", focuses on Zhongxin Village Changhua city as a case study, through surveying and mapping, photography and other research methods, the military village living space reuse of the design planning thinking as a research discussion. The purpose of this study is the Zhongxin Village in Changhua city to carry out a suitable reuse of the planning.
