教育部積極推動各大專校院資訊公開化並建置了公開平台,目的讓學生與學校能達到資訊對稱,促進學生對於學校的瞭解藉此提升認同感,進而對學校提起改進建議,演化為學校方於辦學改進發掘問題的重要來源;然而學生對於學校校務資訊公開之資訊易讀性、理解程度將成為學生是否能夠積極且明確的參與討論學校公共事務的影響指標。 大數據的資料量的擴大及各級維度的增加,有效地將資料視覺化是精簡化理解過程的直觀方法,由於迫切需要分析當今巨大的數據量,資料視覺化技術已引起廣泛注意;專業的資訊視覺化技術中能使分析者深入構面,以互動的方式來描繪特定問題,藉以讓使用者更容易理解數據。 本研究將校務資訊公開相關系統透過專有WEB技術開發資訊視覺化之校務公開資訊平台,且採用ISSM與TAM的建議,來探討校務資訊公開平台經過資料視覺化後其成功性與可發展性,並利用新型態的整合研究模型來驗證研究假設,此新型態研究模型將可套用在不同科技與領域。
The Ministry of Education(MOE) has actively promoted the publicization of university and college information and established a public platform to enable students to achieve information understanding, increasing their sense of school identity. It’s also helpful as a resource from where suggestions for improvement can be obtained and then put forward, and it has evolved into an important source of research when looking for problems at a school. However, for students, the ease of reading and understanding such information is an indicator of whether students can actively and clearly participate in the discussion of school public affairs. With the expansion of the volume of big data and the increase of dimensions at all levels, effectively visualizing data is an intuitive way to simplify the understanding process. Due to the urgent need to analyze the huge amount of data today, data visualization technology has attracted widespread attention. Professional information visualization technology enables analysts to go deep into the facets and describe specific issues in an interactive way, so that users can understand the data more easily. In this study, the school affairs information disclosure system developed a visualized school affairs disclosure information platform through proprietary WEB technology, and ISSM and TAM suggestions were adopted to explore the success and feasibility of the platform after data visualization. It is developmental and uses a new type of integrated research model to verify research hypotheses. This research model will be applicable to different technologies and fields.
