近幾年來,Web 2.0的網路服務平臺快速地發展,因而在網路中有大量的數位內容被發佈與下載使用,能有效管理個人化資訊之RSS(Really Simple Syndication) 訂閱服務也就應運而生了。然而,網路服務之使用效果與使用滿意度,不僅需要有良好的資訊技術作基礎,更需要有良好設計之使用者介面。尤其,在網路服務中普遍被使用的RSS訂閱服務之使用者介面設計,更是需要瞭解使用者的需求加以精心的規劃與設計,以提昇使用者運用RSS來訂閱網路資訊的使用意願,並且提昇網路服務的附加價值。 因此,本研究建置了一個以旅遊心情文章創作與分享為主的網路服務平臺,以及結合電子地圖為瀏覽介面之RSS訂閱服務功能,以提供個人化之RSS訂閱服務。首先透過現有案例分析及訪談結果,來規劃建構本研究之服務平臺,並融入隱喻圖示與情緒理論於使用者介面設計上面,以便使得使用者介面能夠更符合使用者的心智模式。 最後,本研究運用延伸式的科技接受模式,評估網路服務平臺及RSS訂閱服務介面之效果。實驗結果顯示本研究平臺之使用者介面特性構面,可正面影響及直接地預測使用者對本平臺的知覺易用性、知覺有用性及使用意願;正面影響及間接地預測使用者的知覺娛樂性及滿意度。整體而言,使用者對於本研究平臺之介面圴有正面的反應,並可顯著地影響受試者的使用意願。
The development of Web 2.0 service is rapidly moving towards a platform for mass publication in digital content and consumption. However, navigating the content effectively and satisfyingly not only requires technique such as aggregating various RSS enabled feeds, but also requires a well.designed user interface. Therefore, in this study, we implement a travel experience writing web service platform, and present a geospatial browsing technique and user interface that provide users with the aggregating and navigating RSS enabled content in a personalized manner. This study was performed according to the results of case study and users’ interviews. Then, we applied the concepts of metaphor icons design and emotion theory on the user interface design to compatible with users’ mental model. Finally, we use Extended TAM model for evaluating the usability of the user interfaces of the web service platform and RSS service system. As the result, the user interface of the platform is positively affected and directly forecasted users’ intentions, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use to use the system, also positively affected and indirectly forecasted perceived playfulness and subjective satisfaction. Users have positive responses on the user interface of this platform.
