廚房空間設計原型與使用者變更模式之研究

摘要


廚房空間為一個家庭的核心,可以反映出居家的生活型態、烹飪習慣、收納行為與美感喜好。是故,現今建設公司推案,都會針對不同的住宅規模與房價,配以不同層級的廚房空間規劃。即使空間規劃再完善,卻始終無法滿足使用者的需求,致使預先進行設計變更、購屋後進行敲除、改造、添購儲物櫃的狀況層出不窮。 有鑑於此,本研究立於此背景下,將主要研究視點聚焦於台灣公寓式集合住宅建案之廚具,以日本C牌廚具公司在臺所交建案廚房為研究對象,收集2013~2018年間的六個建案,十五種住宅形式,四十三個廚具變更案例,透過電腦繪圖軟體進行面積計算、類型區分、改造前後變化。企圖探討建商推案廚房空間規劃與購屋者進行設計變更前後之需求落差,包含廚房空間比例、廚具型式、廚房機能設計差異等面向進行探究。具體的研究目的如下: (一)探討建商推案,對於廚房空間型態的規劃趨勢。 (二)探討使用者購屋時進行廚房設計變更的傾向。 (三)綜合上述研究成果,歸納出典型廚房型態,探究廚房空間之機能特徵。 本研究發現近五年內之建設公司推案中,建案原始廚房並未在廚房空間上有做出相對性的成長,導致72%客變戶中有敲除行為加以變更廚房空間。透過建案廚具變更前後探討與歸納,本研究建議無論住宅坪級大小、廚具型式,建議未來建案廚房空間需以3坪以上(含)的基礎空間,廚具長度最短建議值為270公分,才能滿足多數消費者對於廚房空間之需求,也說明為何目前建設公司平均所附2.5坪以下廚房空間不足之主要因素。

The kitchen space is the core in a family and reflects the lifestyle of the home, cooking habits, storage and aesthetic. Therefore, today's construction company sets up some construction projects. Through considering different scale and price of house, they provide different levels of kitchen space planning. Even if the space design is completed, it will not be able to satisfiy everything you need. As a result, the design changes in advance, the knockout, the transformation, and the purchase of lockers after the purchase of the house are endless. Therefore, this research will be focused on the view of the kitchen space in Congregation house. Through the six construction project collected, let's explore the space design in kitchens and the discrepancy of the design between Builders and purchasers. Including proportion of the kitchen space, kitchen type, defferences design of the convenience about kitchens. The specific research objectives are as follows: (1) Exploring the construction projects talk about the trend of the kitchen space types. (2) Exploring the change of design trend about kitchen space after they purchase a house. (3) Combining the above research results, summarizing the typical kitchen type and studing the characteristics of the convenience about kitchens. We found that the construction projects in the past five years, the original kitchen did not have a relative growth in the kitchen space, resulting in 72% of the households have to change the kitchen space. Through modify the discussion and induction about kitchen types. We suggest that no matter what the size of the house size and the kitchen types. In the future, kitchen space needs to have at least 3 square meter. Then, it will satisfy purchaser’s needs about kitchen space. It also explains why the kitchen space below 2.5 square meter which is provided by construction company is insufficient.
