關於APPS使用者介面設計之研究:以適地性服務搜尋素食店家為例

摘要


近年來由於素食風氣在台灣社會的普及和素食餐廳逐漸的增加,對於吃素的民眾出門到外地最大的困擾是如何找到合適的素食餐廳來用餐。因為行動裝置的普遍使用以及適地性服務(Location Based Service,LBS) APP潛在的應用,如果為素食族群開發適地性服務LBS APP,將能協助素食族群尋找合適的素食餐廳,且能為素食店家帶來獲利。有鑒於此,我們開發一個行動裝置「新素食」適地性服務 APP,透過行動裝置網際網路瀏覽器或者Android平台均可使用本系統。 在系統開發前我們針對素食族群,如何搜尋素食餐廳以及在尋找素食餐廳的過程中會受那些因素影響,進行問卷調查,統計出實用的素食資訊資料,並將實用資訊因素設計到本研究系統應用程式,提供使用者相關資訊的查詢。由於地利之便我們先以(原)台中市八區的素食店家作為範例資料庫,提供使用者搜尋這些區域的素食餐廳,其主要功能包括素食餐廳的店家搜尋、排行推薦和功能維護等。本研究之主要目的是提供素食族群出門在外時,需要尋找素食餐廳的參考指引,並且讓素食店家透過本應用程式自行建構維護店家資料,提供即時店家資訊讓使用者查詢。整體 APP設計原型,以實地測試方式做介面可用性測試,得到參與者正面的回饋以及實用的建議,整合歸類這些回饋建議,將可作為未來行動裝置設計師或研究人員於開發適地性服務LBS APP時之參考準則。

Due to the popularity of the vegetarian movements in Taiwan, vegetarian restaurants are increasing gradually. Yet the vegetarians who are away from familiar places often have trouble with locating nearby vegetarian restaurants. With the popularity of mobile devices and potential applicability of LBS (location-based service), developing an App for vegetarians not only assist the vegetarians but also help local restaurants to get benefits from it. For this reason, we have developed an App on Android platform or through web browser to view this app with relevant functions for mobile devices to meet this need. Before the system development we did the survey for understanding how do vegetarians search the restaurants and were influenced by which reason. The result of the statistic data shows the useful information and we bring some information into our app system design. Because the convenience of the geographical position. We collected the original eight districts of Taichung City as the demo shops. The main features which include functions about searching, ranking of vegetarian restaurants, and maintaining. The main purpose of our study is to assist the vegetarian people who are away from familiar places and need to search nearby vegetarian restaurants of guiding reference. And allow the vegetarian restaurants to create and maintain their own data. To provide the real time store’s information for user. The usability of the prototype is confirmed through field test of positive feedback and valuable suggestions are collected for considerations in further development as well as the reference for Mobile device UI designers.
