隨著人們對於生活品質的追求程度逐漸增加與生活型態的改變,咖啡廳被賦予的期待不再只是提供飲品的場所,而是能夠提供空間體驗與享受悠閒時光的場所,感受商店氣氛成為了一種生活態度與文化。科技的進步使得社群媒體功能逐漸完善,發展至今已深度滲入人們的生活當中,近年來,Instagram被當今時下台灣青年人大量使用,透過Instagram的貼文Hashtag的連結記錄當下已成為一種風潮與生活的一部分。本研究透過網路資料尋找台灣各地區時下熱門的咖啡廳,再至Instagram統計該咖啡廳被Hashtag的次數並排序,並且針對空間元素的擷取與歸納分析其中差異,最終針對被Hashtag次數較多的中部地區咖啡廳樣本進行實地觀察與空間感知之深度研究。 本研究在中部地區咖啡廳設計形式歸納分成天、地、壁、裝飾、色彩五項,分別從各項目得到最高占比的粉刷天花、水泥地、白牆與木質裝修、木質傢俱、白色,被中部地區咖啡廳使用之空間元素,本研究結果可提供對於未來有意經營咖啡廳業者對於空間設計與表現之參考。
As people's pursuit of quality of life gradually increases and life styles change, the expectations given to the cafe are no longer just places to provide drinks, but places that can provide a comfortable mind and experience leisure time. Enjoying the store atmosphere has become a kind of life attitude and culture. The advancement of technology has gradually improved the function of social media, which has penetrated deeply into people's lives. Recently, Instagram has been widely used among young people in Taiwan. Recording the moment by Instagram posts and links of Hashtag has become a trend and a part of life. In this study, we used Internet data to find the popular cafes in various regions of Taiwan, and then counted and ranked the number of times the cafe was hashtag, and analyzed the differences between the extraction and induction of spatial elements. Finally, conduct the field survey and have a deep research on the design elements of hottest cafes via the number of Instagram Hashtags. In this study, the design of the cafe in the central region is divided into five categories: ceilings, floor, wall, decoration and color. The highest proportion of each category is: white ceiling, cement floor, white wall and wood decoration, wood furnitureand white. These elements are used the most in the central region. The result of this study can provide a reference of the future space design and performance for those who intend to operate coffee shops.
