應用EIQ分析法於倉庫設備選擇 — 以W公司為例

摘要


倉庫為儲存物料之所在,倉庫中的作業非常繁多且複雜,因此有效率地進行倉庫管理是一項不易的任務。而為了能有效地進行倉庫管理,倉庫具有合適之儲存設備是最基本的要求,再配合搬運設備的輔助進行存取動作,以便提升物流作業之效率。本研究透過EIQ分析法對個案公司倉庫的出貨資料進行分析,以了解個案公司的倉庫物流特性,利用ABC分析對物料進行重點分類儲存,及利用PCB分析配合單元負載觀念進行物料包裝單位之分析,以便提供個案公司儲存設備及搬運設備選用之參考建議。藉由EIQ-PCB分析結果來建議個案公司,以棧板出貨之品項,可採用重型料架儲存;以箱或單件出貨之品項,則可採用輕中型料架儲存。為提升個案公司之作業效率以及提高倉庫人員作業安全性,可配合之搬運設備則建議,重型料架的存取作業採用堆高機,分為室內用堆高機與室外用堆高機;而輕中型料架上的搬運,可利用揀貨台車來進行作業。最後透過EIQ-ABC分析,將品項依出貨頻率找出其適合擺放之位置,使出貨作業可省時又省力。

The warehouse is where the materials are stored. The operations in the warehouse are very diverse and complicated. Therefore, efficient warehouse management is a difficult task. In order to effectively manage the warehouse, it is the most basic requirement for the warehouse to have suitable storage equipment, and then cooperate with the auxiliary handling equipment to carry out the storage and retrieval actions in to improve the efficiency of logistics operations. This research analyzes the shipping data of the case company’s warehouse by EIQ analysis to understand the logistics characteristics of the case company’s warehouse, uses ABC analysis to perform key classification and storage of materials, and uses PCB analysis to match the unit load concept to analyze the material packaging uni to provide reference suggestions for the company's storage equipment and handling equipment selection. Based on the EIQ-PCB analysis results, it is suggested that the case company should use heavy-duty racks for items shipped in pallets; light-medium racks can be used for items shipped in boxes or single pieces. To improve the operating efficiency of the case company and the safety of warehouse personnel, it is recommended that the handling equipment that can be used with the heavy-duty racks uses forklifts, which are divided into indoor forklifts and outdoor forklifts; and the transportation on the light-medium racks can be carried out by using the picking cart. Finally, through EIQ-ABC analysis, the items are found to be suitable for placement according to the shipping frequency, so that the shipping operation can save time and efforts.
