摘要

本研究採用二階段網絡資料包絡分析法探討台灣2012年至2016年上市IC設計業之經營效率與效率變動情形，分別以獲利能力及市場能力兩階段做評估，並以麥氏生產力指數分析生產力之跨期間變動，透過分析結果提供建議與改善方向，研究結果發現台灣IC設計業2012年至2016年整體效率值在獲利能力階段比市場能力階段表現佳，且普遍在獲利方面皆有高效率的表現，管理者應著重於市場能力階段之改善以提升公司整體效率。另外，2014年以前，效率變動為主要影響生產力變動之因素，而2014年以後，因為技術變動大幅衰退，導致生產力逐年下降。

This research uses a two-stage network data envelopment analysis to explore the operating efficiency and efficiency changes of Taiwan's IC design industry from 2012 to 2016. Respectively, profitability and market ability case be evaluated by a two-stage network data envelopment analysis, and uses the Malmquist productivity index to analyze productivity during the interim period. The analysis results provided suggestions and directions for the operating improvement, the research found that the overall efficiency value of the Taiwan IC design industry from 2012 to 2016 performed better at the profitability stage than at the market stage, and was generally high in terms of profitability. Managers should focus on the improvement of the market stage to improve the overall efficiency of the company. In addition, before 2014, changes in efficiency were factors that mainly affected changes in productivity, and after 2014, productivity was declining year by year due to a significant decline in technological changes.
