中小企業在我國的經濟發展中,扮演極重要的角色,尤其在提升國民所得、增加就業、發展國際貿易,以及外匯累積各方面都有重大貢獻。現今因社會整體經濟環境之變動,對於中小企業之經營管理挑戰更為艱鉅。因此,本研究擬藉由研究一家成功中小企業,由創業開始至成為該產品的領導者之商業模式,以及如何掌握運用競爭優勢,保持該企業持續領先同業之地位。 本研究透過深度的專家訪談,並以質性分析之方法:(1)將商業模式以九宮格模式,詳細將其實務運作之情況套入理論架構分析之;(2)以資源基礎與核心能力、產業五力分析及競爭優勢之理論架構,將個案實務運作之現況與理論結合。詳細分析個案公司如何掌握商業模式作正確的市場定位及優質的客戶關係管理、如何激勵員工透過策略性人事管理及優質員工培訓使企業能在同業競爭下持續成長,並保持競爭優勢。期望本研究能對於未來有志創業者、中小企業經營管理者或未來有興趣投入醫療器材產業者提供有價值之參考資訊。
SMEs play a very important role in Taiwan's economic development, especially in terms of improving national income, increasing employment, developing international trade, and accumulating foreign exchange.Due to the changes in the overall economic environment of the society, the management challenges for SMEs are even more arduous. Therefore, this study intends to maintain the company's position as a leader in the industry by studying the business model of a successful SME, starting from start of the business to becoming a leader of the product, and how to use competitive advantage. Through in-depth expert interviews and qualitative analysis, this study: (1) put a business model into theoretical framework analysis in detail in the nine-square grid analysis mode; (2) Theoretical framework of competitive advantage, Current situation of case-based operations is combined with theory to analyze in detail key factors of its success and how to motivate employees to enable them to continue to grow and maintain their leading position under limited resources and competition. It is hoped that this research will provide valuable reference information for future entrepreneurs, SME managers or those interested in investing in medical equipment industry in the future.
