台灣半導體協會關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要

近年來，台灣半導體產業基於可觀的產值及領先的技術在國際市場上成為不可或缺的一員。連結台灣半導體產業之產、官、學及其他相關層面的台灣半導體產業協會，其關鍵成功因素之研究勢必值得探討。本研究以台灣半導體產業協會為研究對象，在研究方法上，透過已有多方面學術研究證實效果之決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL)並結合專家意見，取得其對應的關鍵指標之間的權重。最後，本研究發現產業生態鏈、產業技術、策略合作最受肯定，同時，包含專業顧問、永續發展目標，也都構成台灣半導體產業協會成功的要素。其結論也可有助於台灣半導體產業協會及其他半導體產業非營利組織為提升經營改善的參考。

In recent years, Taiwan's semiconductor industry has become an indispensable player in global market due to its substantial production value and the leading technology. The key success factors of the Taiwan semiconductor industry associations which links the industry, government, academia, and other related aspects of Taiwan's semiconductor industry, must be worth investigating. In this study, we adopt DEMATEL (Decision Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory), which has been proven to be effective in various academic studies, and combine it with expert opinions to obtain the weights of the corresponding key indicators. Finally, the study found that industry ecosystem, industrial technology, and strategic cooperation were the most recognized, and that professional consulting, as well as Sustainable Development Goals also constitute elements of success for Taiwan semiconductor industry associations. The findings can also be used as a reference for Taiwan semiconductor industry associations and other semiconductor industry non-profit organizations to improve their operation performances.
