「國軍組織變革」及「國家安全認知」為我國當前國防重要之政策之一,本研究試圖瞭解國內年輕學子與義務役服役時間是否會影響到年輕學子對國家安全的認知,國軍再一連串組織改革後對國家安全是否會出現不同的見解,又因役期之改變,青年學子不需要像從前一樣必須接受嚴峻的軍事考驗下,是否因此導致輕忽國家安全的重要性,對國家安全認知薄弱。 本研究之目的在於分析探討組織管理與組織變革對國家安全之研究,故本研究之研究對象以國軍某憲指部之軍士官兵作為研究對象,研究方法採用SPSS.20.0版套裝軟體為統計分析工具,透過敘述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數及相關分析驗證研究假設,其研究結論如下:(一)國軍部隊之階級、領導職類、年齡、教育程度、服役單位、薪資、性別之不同對組織管理、組織變革及國家安全皆有顯著之關係,其中並以階級、薪資、領導職類及教育程度等應用較高,顯示位階及薪資在部隊裡扮演極重要角色,尤其是軍官及士官長職位尤為重要,兩者如何相互應用去落實部隊各項事務推動,對於未來國軍發展更不可或缺。(二)軍官、士官及士兵職務之不同對國家安全有顯著之關係,並以其他類(士兵)應用較高,顯示在國家安全上以其他類(士兵),可以從中了解單位近期宣導重點以及整合單位內不同的訊息,進而提高組織整體效能。然每月薪資收入之不同對組織管理具顯著差異,但若以平均值論組織管理、組織變革及國家安全三構面中,以每月薪資收入新臺幣70,001元(含以上)者較高,然每月薪資較高者在單位中其階級、軍中學經歷亦較豐富,除了透過傳遞命令、及指導部隊正確方向,藉以獲得工作績效回饋也較高,符合實際部隊現況。(三)組織管理與組織變革、國家安全有顯著之關係;組織變革與組織管理、國家安全有顯著之關係;國家安全與組織管理、組織變革有顯著之關係,故可得知三構面間存在者相互之影響關係。
"National Army Organization Reform" and "National Security Awareness" are one of China's current national defense policies. Therefore, the research object of this study is to take the sergeant officers and soldiers of a constitutional command department of the national army as the research object, and the research method uses the SPSS.20.0 version of the software package for statistical analysis The tool verifies the research hypothesis through descriptive statistics, t test, single factor variance (ANOVA) and related analysis. The research conclusions are as follows: There is a significant relationship between organizational management and organizational change, and national security; there is a significant relationship between organizational change and organizational management, and national security; national security has a significant relationship with organizational management, and organizational change, so we can know the three aspects Existence influences each other.
