私校退撫新制認知、退休態度與規劃之關係研究-科技接受模型的應用

摘要


本文透過由Davis於1986年所提出的科技接受度模式(Technology Acceptance Model,簡稱TAM)來探討私校教職員對私校退撫新制的認知、退休態度及退休規劃之間的關聯,本研究問卷的設計以Likert七點量表,同時藉由結構方程模式(Structural Equation Model, SEM)的因果關係設定,來瞭解其相關的影響效果,研究方法以Amos分析軟體進行驗證。主要研究結果如下:一、私校教職員「退撫制度認知易用性」對「退撫制度認知有用性」有顯著影響。二、私校教職員「退撫制度認知有用性」對「退休態度」有顯著影響。 三、私校教職員「退休態度」對「退休規劃」有顯著影響。 四、「曾至自主投資平台了解投資狀況」的教職員對於「私校退撫制度的認知」及「退休規劃」是較為認同且積極正面的。 五、「曾參與校內外退休制度說明會」的教職員對於「退撫制度認知易用性」具有正面效益。 依據研究結果,提出建議如下: 一、主管機關應針對私校退撫新制的自主投資計畫多辦理相關的講座及說明會,以增進私立教職員工對於退撫新制有更多的認同及信任感。 二、學校單位應就教職員退休生涯進行輔導,建構完整的退休前教育系統,另亦可邀請退休教師經驗分享,讓教職員對於退休能有更正面的態度。 三、教職員應用更主動積極的態度去了解退休新制內容及投資效益,以掌握自己的退休金投資狀況,才能對未來退休生活做更靈活的規劃。

This essay is to have a look, through the Technology Acceptance Model, brought up by Davis in 1986, into the relationship among the emplyees’ cognition of the retirement pension system, retirement attitude and retirement plan in private universities. The design of the questionnaire is based on 7-point Likert Scale and, in order to know the subtle effect influenced by each other, this design is later set up in accordance with the Structural Equation Model, SEM. Besdies, the research method went thgouh Amos analysis to be verified. The main result of this research is as follows. 1.The cognition of retirement system is easy to use of employees in private universities has a great influence on the cognition of retirement system is useful. 2.The cognition of retirement system is useful of employees in private universities has a great influence on their retirement attitude. 3.The retirement attitude of emplyees in private universities has a great influence on their retirement plan. 4.The employees who have attended the orientation to understand how the retirement policy is carried out in and out of universities are more identified with and positive toward the cognition of retirement system as well as retirement plan. 5.The employees who have attended the orientation to understand how the retirement policy is carried out in and out of universities can affect more positively of the cognition retirement system is easy to use. To respond to the result, here are some suggestions. 1.To earn more soupport and trust on the new retirement policy in private universities, the authorities concerned should have more seminars and orientations about how retired emplyees can make investment autonomically. 2.Schools should provide more counceling service for those who plan retire from work, setting up a comprehensive retoirement system, and invite some retired teachers to share their personal experiences to positively assure the emplyees of retirement in the future. 3.To control their financial condition, having a more flexible plan for their future after retirement, employees should be more active in undersyanding the new retirement policy and the benefits of investment.
