銀髮族對養生村的需求之研究

根據內政部統計，2018年3月65歲以上人口佔總人口數比率14.1％，正式邁入「高齡社會」，人口老化的問題越來越嚴重。隨著人民生活水準提高、科學與醫療技術持續進步。面對高齡社會的來臨，退休銀髮族的生活規劃越來越重要，養生村的設置與入住是一個重要的議題。本研究主要在探討銀髮族對養生村的需求，找出影響其入住的相關因素，進而提升入住養生村的意願。訪談對象以南部地區滿50歲以上，身體健康的人員，以質性研究之深度訪談。探討現有的養生村入住率不高的原因，並找出適合銀髮族的退休生活模式。訪談結果顯示：兩成的受訪者願意入住養生村，八成的受訪者不考慮養生村，但接受社區型的養生村。原因是不需花太多錢，且可在自己最熟悉的家養老。養生村的保證金額、月費過高、服務人員的關懷不夠用心，是目前受訪者較關心的問題。建議養生村業者可以考慮(1)是否調降入住保證金額及月費，(2)並訓練服務人員的關懷要有溫度；而政府相關單位可以考慮(1)降低獨居老人的低收入戶標準，(2)鼓勵企業投資規劃整修老社區成老人公寓，(3)推廣居家(社區型)養生村的模式。上述建議提供政府相關單位及養生村業者作為參考。

According to the statistics of the Ministry of the Interior, in March 2018, the ratio of the population over 65 years of age to the total population was 14.1%. It officially entered the "aged society", and the problem of aging population has become more and more serious.With the improvement of people's living standards, science and medical technology continue to progress. Faced with the advent of an elderly society, the life planning of retired senior citizen is becoming more and more important. The establishment and accommodation of health villages is an important issue.This study mainly explores the needs of senior citizen for health villages, finds out the relevant factors that affect their stay, and then increases their willingness to stay in health villages.Explore the reasons for the low occupancy rate in the existing healthvillages, and find out the retirement lifestyle suitable for the senior citizen.The interview results reveal that 20% of the respondents are willing to stay in the health village, and 80% of the respondents do not consider the health village, but accept the community health village. The reason is that they don't have to spend too much money and can stayat their familiar old home. The health village's guarantee amount, high monthly fee, and insufficient attention from service staff are the issues that respondents are more concerned about.It is suggested that health village operators can consider (1) whether to reduce the guarantee amount and monthly fee, and (2) train the service staff to take care the occupants more warmly; and relevant government agencies can consider (1) lower the standard of low-income households for elderly people living alone (2) encourage enterprises to invest in planning and renovating apartments for the elderly in old communities, and (3) promote the model of home (community) health villages. The above suggestions provide relevant government agencies and health village operators as a reference.
