國防部有感於高素質、長役期士兵有迫切性之需求,以及因應人口結構改變所造成的徵兵困難,積極將募兵制納入未來推動國防政策的重要工作之一。 因此,本研究的目的在於瞭解影響志願役士兵離職傾向與在工作認知、部隊適應、工作承諾等構陎的重要度,並藉由問卷方式所得之資料加以整理分析,以瞭解影響志願役士兵離職根本性問題,據以研擬適當的改善做法,並作為相關機關研訂對策之參考依據。 本研究運用專家權重分析及回歸分析等預測性質分析法進行分析,發現其重要度排序及問卷留營結果如后: 一、「工作承諾」特性構陎會是影響志願役士兵留營的優先考量關鍵。「部隊適應」這個特性構陎是第二順位的考量關鍵。「工作認知」特性構陎是影響志願役士兵留營的第三順位的考量關鍵。 二、本研究中所回收有效問卷中留營率僅為42.7%。
The MND, regarding the urgent necessity of high quality and long serving period soldiers, and the conscription tribulation due to changing population structure, is now putting the establishing of voluntary service system on the top list of national defence policy. Therefore, the research is to understand the importance of how perception of jobs, adaptability to the military, and commitment in jobs influence the volunteers' will to stay in the military or not. The research assesses data from questionnaire surveys to find out the primary factors which cause the volunteers quit, and come up with proper solutions as a reference for related agencies making improving measures. This research applys Expert Investigation Weight Method and Regression Analysis as its methodology to find out the importance priority of factors and show the following results of questionnaire surveys: A. "Commitment" is in the first place of concern for the volunteers, with "Adaptivity to the military" following, and "Perception of jobs" comes the last. B. The result of the questionnaires handed out in the research showed that the staying rate of the volunteers is 42.7%.
