馬拉松路跑活動晚近有逐漸盛行的現象,全臺灣各地區如雨後春筍般相繼舉辦。本研究係探討馬拉松活動跑者的參與動機為何,以及跑者所重視賽會服務項目的滿意度,其中分為心理層面及生理層面的參與動機,而賽會服務項目分為賽會流程、賽會特色以及賽會安排。因此,為了探討馬拉松活動的研究,本研究採用網路問卷進行研究樣本的抽樣,總共發出343 份問卷。本研究實證資料採用因素分析、信度分析、效度分析進行分析,接著採用迴歸分析驗證各研究構面的影響關係。最後,本研究之結論可以歸納如下: (一) 參與動機與賽會服務項目滿意度具顯著正相關,賽會服務項目的滿意度與跑者的參與動機為相互影響。(二) 男性跑者在「心理層面」的參與動機高於女性跑者。(三) 高中(職)的跑者在「生理層面」的參與動機高於研究所以上的跑者。(四) 全程馬拉松跑者在「生理層面」的參與動機之高於健康組(休閒組)的跑者。(五) 高中(職)的跑者,在賽會服務品質上比大學及研究所以上的跑者相對重視。
Marathon race events is going to be popular in Taiwan recently. The research is to know the runners’ participation motivation and what is the point of services of marathon race events. The runners’ participation motivation is divided into two part: physiological part and psychology part. The services of marathon race events isdivided into three part: process of race events, characteristic of race events, arrangement of race events. Thus, to understand the research of marathon race events, the research adopt the internet questionnaire survey to gather the sampling , the total is 343. The reaearchempirical data is adopted factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, and regression analysis to verify effect research of facets. The last, the conclusions ofresearch can be summarized as follows:First, the participation motivation and tournament services significantly positive correlation with satisfaction, motivation to participate in the tournament satisfaction services to interact with the runners.Secondly, male runners involved in participation motivation about psychology part is higher than female runners。Third, the runners of high school in psychology of participation motivation is higher than the runners of the institute.Fourth, marathon runners in psychology of participation motivation is higher than the runners of the runners of healthy group (casual group)。Fifth,the runners of high school in quality ofmarathon race events is relative valuer than the runners of the institute.
