摘要


本論文之頻率計數器以德州儀器官方開發板MSP430G2553為基礎架構,頻率量測範圍於1Hz至150MHz,解析度可達1Hz。   此頻率計數器提供一個簡單、便利使用量測儀器,相較於現行的頻率計數器的體積更小,價格也更便宜,提供液晶顯示模組,可即時顯示頻率值,也能用電腦的終端機軟體與本論文的MSP430G2553頻率計數器連接,將所量測的頻率傳送到電腦端,如此可再使用軟體將頻率值儲存或再換算的動作等等。   本論文的頻率計數器除了可單獨成為量測儀器外,同時也能整合在其他需要較精準測量的儀器當中,譬如溫度、濕度、壓力、氣體等測量儀表皆有機會能使用頻率計數器以頻率變化的方式測得數值,便無需再使用現行較大台的頻率計數器,使用上能更加便利。

The frequency counter used in this research is the model MSP430G2553 developed by Texas Instruments. As the measured scope of frequency ranging from 1Hz to 150MHz, resolution has reached 1Hz.   This frequency counter provides a simple, easy to use measuring instrument. Compared to the frequency counter currently found from the market, this model is small in size and cheaper in price. Equipped with LCM, the frequency can be found instantly. MSP430G2553 can also be linked to terminal software on the computer, in that way, the frequency value can be stored via the software and further be calculated.   The frequency counter from this research not only can be used as measuring equipment but also be used collectively with other measuring equipment which requires higher precision. For example, temperature, humidity, pressure, gas measurement can all use frequency counter to obtain the figures, which saves the effort of using other bigger frequency calculator. This makes the utilization more convenient.
