國內外學者甚少針對警務人員幸福感議題進行探討,本研究參考有關幸福感相關研究學說,以「牛津幸福量表」為基礎,此量表在信度與效度上俱佳,並廣受學界做為衡量幸福感之工具,本研究考量警務工作特性,統整其內涵意義,編製一份以警務人員為主的幸福感衡量工具,「警務人員幸福感量表」包括「生活滿意」、「身心健康」、「人際關係」、及「自我成長」等四個構面,共計21題項,本量表的可解釋總變異量為63.218%,整體信度值Cronbach's α係數達0.908,顯示此量表具有可接受的建構效度與信度。本研究並以高雄地區警務人員為樣本,採便利抽樣方式,發出300份問卷,回收有效問卷242份,回收率達80.66%。統計分析的結果顯示,不同背景變項之警務人員,如服務年資、年齡、教育程度、及階級等,其幸福感的知覺程度具有顯著性差異。
urrently, topics relative to police officers well-being are still rarely discussed by scholars. Refer to the relative research of well-being and based on the widely accepted measurement tools with superb reliability and validity - "Oxford Happiness Inventory", this study take into consideration the characteristics of police work, and develop a police officer well-being measurement scale. The police officers well-being scale including four facets, "life satisfaction", "health", "interpersonal relationships", and "personal growth", a total of twenty-one key questions. The total explains variance of the scale is 63.218%, and the overall Cronbach's α reliability coefficient is 0.908, showing this scale has acceptable construct validity and reliability. Kaohsiung area police officers are selected as research samples. Using convenience sampling method, three hundred questionnaires are distributed and two hundred and forty-two valid questionnaires are collected, the recovery rate was 80.66%. Results reveal that police officers of different background variables, such as service length, age, education level, and class, have significant differences in their well-being perception.
