本研究研究有三個主要目的:1)瞭解社區民眾對於健康管理APP的認知有用性、認知易用性、使用意圖;2)探討基本資料對於健康管理APP的認知有用性、認知易用性、使用意圖之影響;3)以結構模式探討認知有用性、認知易用性、使用意圖之關連性。採問卷調查方式,針對高雄地區30歲(含)以上擁有智慧型裝置之民眾為調查對象。調查期間為2017年7月至9月,為期3個月,共回收有效問卷500份,回收率為76.92%。蒐集完成的問卷則以t-test、ANOVA、雪費與結構模式,進行資料分析。研究結果發現,基本資料對於健康管理APP的認知有用性、認知易用性、使用意圖有部份影響。認知易用性會正向影響認知有用性(β=0.768)與使用意圖(β=0.496);認知有用性亦對使用意圖(β=0.476)有正向的影響。健康管理APP應同時提升系統有用與易用性,以有效提升使用者的正向使用意圖。所以在社區推廣健康管理APP使用,應從認知有用性宣導,並簡化操作方式以提高民眾使用意圖。
There are three main objectives of this study: (1) to understand the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use in community residents for health management APP; (2) to explore the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and using intention in demographic variables for health management APP; (3) to explore the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use through structural equestion modeling. This study is a questionnaire survey, and subjects are the residents in Kaohsiung who are over 30 years old with a smart device. The survey was holding about 3 months that starting from July to September, 2017. There are total 500 valid questionnaires. And the recovery rate is 76.92 %。Data analysis of questionnaires is conducted by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's method and structural equestion modeling. In the results of this study, it is found some influences of demographic variables among perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use. Perceived ease to use has the positively affect with perceived usefulness (β=0.768) and intention to use (β=0.496), and perceive usefulness has also the positively affect with intention to use (β=0.476). The health management APP should also improve perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use to increase effectively to positive intention to use for user. Therefore, the promotion of the use of health management APP in the community should be promoted from perceived usefulness. In addition, operating methods should be simplificated to increase intention to use.
