醫事人員工作滿意度與留任意願之研究-以南部某地區醫院為例

A Study of Job Satisfaction and Retaining Willingness for The Medical Professional-A Case of Certain District Hospital in Southern Taiwan

摘要


本研究以南部某地區醫院的醫事人員為研究對象,探討人口統計變數對工作滿意度與留任意願影響分析,問卷調查法為研究資料的蒐集方法,並且製作「醫事人員工作滿意度與留任意願之研究」作為研究問卷量表,總計發放98份問卷,回收有效問卷為91份,回收有效率為92%。 在問卷量表完成施測後,將回收問卷整理成有效研究資料,供研究分析使用,並以電腦統計套裝軟體SPSS For Windows實施描述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析與迴歸分析等分析方法,並進行相關研究分析說明。 研究結果得知,在工作滿意度構面分析中,年齡、學歷及居住地等變數具有顯著差異,性別及婚姻狀況等變數則未具顯著差異;在留任意願構面分析中,年齡、學歷、 性別及婚姻狀況等變數具有顯著差異,居住地變數則未具顯著差異;在迴歸分析中,年齡、學歷、性別、婚姻狀況等變數均具顯著差異,居住地變數則未具顯著差異。期望相關研究成果與建議事項,能提供醫療機構人員工作滿意度與留任意願等相關研究主題參考運用。

In this study, the medical professional of certain district hospital in southern taiwan were selected as the research objects. To explore the analysis of the effect of demographic variables on job satisfaction and retaining willingness, the questionnaire survey method was used as the method of collecting research data, and the "research on job satisfaction and retaining willing-ness of medical professional" was made as a research questionnaire. A total of 98 questionnaires were distributed. 91 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the recovery rate was 92%. After completing the questionnaire survey, the recovered data were organized into valid re-search data for analysis, and descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis were implemented with the SPSS for windows, and carry out research analysis. The results show that in the analysis of job satisfaction, variables such as age, education and place of residence have significant differences, but such as gender and marital status were not; in the analysis of retaining willingness, variables such as age, education, gender and marital status have significant differences, but such as place of residence were not. In the regression analysis, variables such as age, education, gender, and marital status have significant differences, but such as place of residence were not. It is expected that the relevant research results and suggestions can provide reference for medical institutions.
