社會企業家特質對於社會企業建立商業模式關係之研究-以萬里綠生活為例

摘要


隨著時代的進步,以犧牲環境換取經濟的發展,造成許多環境被破壞的問題,政府部門又沒有足夠的精力和資源來解決這些問題,就只能由社會企業來解決。而社會企業的公益使命、企業經營與創造營收,都受到社會企業家特質的影響,使得社會企業呈現多元發展。本研究以社會企業作為研究對象,探討社會企業家有什麼樣的特質,以及了解社會企業家特質對於社會企業建立商業模式的關係。 本研究以個案研究方法,針對社會企業家所管理的社會企業,探討其所抱持的社會理念與商業模式的形成。其次,進一步探討,社會企業家特質在社會企業創新與創意上面的影響,包括創新契機掌握能力,核心資源與能力之取得,以及通過創新的資源組合,使社會企業有多角化發展,實現社會企業的永續經營。 以台南新營的「萬里綠生活」作為本研究的個案,以深度訪談法,了解「萬里綠生活」的創辦人曾彥翔先生的創業歷程與個人特質。結合過去學者的文獻進行社會企業家特質與商業模式關係的研究。 研究結果發現,社會企業家特質與企業家特質基本相似,但是區別在於社會使命感與創新精神。社會企業需要有一個獨特能夠永續經營的商業模式,社會企業商業模式應該有五大構面:社會使命、創新、公民參與、自給自足與回饋社會。社會使命感會貫徹在社會企業經營的過程當中,會傳遞給消費者、員工、合作夥伴社會企業的價值理念,從而影響到社會企業商業模式中的社會使命、公民參與以及回饋社會等三個構面。創新精神會影響到商業模式當中的創新與自給自足兩個構面。

With the advancement of time, sacrificing the environment for economic development. Environmental damage caused many issues, but the government doesn’t have ability and resource to solve these issues. Therefore, it can only be solved by social enterprises. The public mission and business revenue of social enterprises are influenced by its characteristics, multifaceted development of social enterprises. This research focuses on social enterprise, explore what qualities of does social entrepreneurs have, and understand how social enterprises establishes business models. This research focuses on case study method, for social entrepreneurs, the social enterprise management, exploration of its holding of social formation of concept and business model. Secondly, to discuss social entrepreneurship in the social effects of corporate innovation and creativity, including innovative opportunity for learning, made of core resources and capabilities, as well as through an innovative combination of resources, so that social enterprises have diversified development to achieve sustainable management of social enterprises. Taking Green Every Where as an example, in-depth interview about business history and personal traits with Zeng Yan xiang, the founder of Taking Green Every Where. Combine scholar literature for social entrepreneurship and the business model of research. According to the results, social entrepreneurs’ traits and entrepreneurs’ traits are similar, but the difference is that the social mission and the spirit of innovation. Social enterprise needs a unique sustainable business models, social business model has five dimensions: social mission, innovation, civic engagement, self-sufficiency and contribute to the community. Social mission will carry out in the process of social enterprise, will be passed on to consumers, employees, partners, social enterprise idea, thus affecting the social business model of social mission, civic engagement, and giving back to the community in three dimensions. Spirit of innovation will affect the business model innovation and self-sufficiency in two dimensions.
