The purposes of this study are to investigate whether the service quality of the insurance agents affects the customer’s satisfaction. This research sample of the study is the insurance customers in Taiwan. Using the web questionnaires and paper questionnaires collects the relevant data, and using the SPSS analyze collected data. The questionnaire is for the person who had the experience of purchasing products through insurances agents. The overall returned samples were 114. This study shows that the service quality of the insurance agents has a direct and significant effect on the customer’s satisfaction. The research finds that the service quality of the insurance agents is more influential than other factors on customers.
