知識管理已從過去的有形資產逐漸移轉到無形知識的建立及累積應用的能力,面對當今環境的劇變,組織與個人都應該思考如何落實經驗傳承,快速學以致用,才能不斷突破,因應改變。 本研究採用問卷調查法,針對南部鋼鐵公會會員做調查,企業經管理績效構面整體平均數為3.87,從調查結果得知公司形象遠優於其他同業的認同度最高,平均數為4.17;知識分享程度構面整體平均數為3.88,其中公司在知識管理方式是透過系統化的形式去做分享(如:操作手冊或說明文件)認同度最高,平均數為4.08;知識管理系統構面整體平均數為3.70,其中知識管理系統所提供的知識,與公司的業務及工作任務是有關的認同度最高,平均數為4.11,組織文化構面整體平均數為3.83,從調查結果得知知識管理職能是工作任務一部份的認同度最高,平均數為3.95。知識管理對於財務績效、企業績效與顧客滿意度有顯著正向的影響,而組織文化與知識分享無顯著影響效果。
Knowledge management has gradually shifted from the past tangible assets to the ability to build and accumulate intangible knowledge. In the face of the drastic changes in today's environment, organizations and individuals should think about how to implement the inheritance of experience and learn quickly and apply it to achieve continuous breakthroughs. This research used a questionnaire method to survey members of the Southern Iron and Steel Association. The overall average management performance of the company is 3.87. From the survey results, which showed the company image is best than others, with an average of 4.1491. Knowledge The overall average of the degree of sharing facet is 3.88, of which the company's knowledge management method is to use a systematic way to share (such as operation manual or instruction document) the highest degree of recognition, the average number is 4.08; the overall average of the knowledge management system construct is 3.70. Among them, the knowledge provided by the knowledge management system has the highest degree of recognition related to the company's business and work tasks. The average number is 4.11, and the overall average of the organizational culture is 3.83. The knowledge management function s learned from the survey results. It is part of the work task with the highest degree of recognition, with an average of 3.95. According the multiple Knowledge management system has a significant positively influence on financial performance, corporate performance and customer satisfaction. However, KM organizational culture and KM sharing have no significant influence on financial performance, corporate performance and customer satisfaction.
