本研究的研究目的為探討高中職校學生對全民國防教育實施之教學品質與學習滿意度的認知情況。本次研究採用問卷進行調查;本研究以統計軟體SPSS 21進行分析,統計分析方法為信度分析、描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定及獨立樣本單因子變異數分析。本研究本次共回收300份有效問卷,研究結果發現在教學品質的差異分析中,報考志願役的學生對全民國防教育實施之教學品質的認同程度,皆大於會升學與會就業的學生。在學習滿意度的差異分析中,科別為普通科的學生,在學習滿意度認知上顯著大於科別為資料處理科的學生;另一方面,選擇會升學的學生,在學習滿意度認知上顯著大於選擇會就業的學生。依照問卷分析結果顯示推動全民國防教育,即是希望在透過各種宣導管道與學校全民國防課程授課的方式使民眾能體認一個國家國防安全及教育的重要性;學生努力學習除了可達到全民國防教育的教學目標之外,間接的也讓全民國防相關的知識及技能在教育紮根,進而對整體國防的力量產生助益。
The purpose of this research is to discuss cognition status of students in teaching quality and learning satisfaction of all-out defense education in general and vocational high school. The questionnaire investigation method has been adopted to analyze the research purpose and the software SPSS is the analyzing tool. Some statistical analyses are used, such as reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample T Test and one-way ANOVA independent samples. Besides, 300 valid questionnaires have been received, and the research result in variance analysis of teaching quality is that students attending voluntary military service will approve All-out defense education teaching quality more than other students. Nevertheless, learning satisfaction of general education students is higher than data processing department students. On the other hand, if students choose to continue on study, then their learning satisfaction cognition will be better than students of employment. According to the questionnaire survey, promoting all-out defense education in either schools or news media can help people to realize the importance of national defense security and education. Also, not only can students achieve the teaching objective of all-out defense education, but also all-out defense knowledge and skill will build in educational community, and then the defense capability will be increased.
